Finding Myself in Me

good girl

you have leaned, and learned, so much in 4 months, the weight training is really showing. And you have gone from a starver to an athletic, out in the sun, busting in the weight lady! how cool is that!!!

stay with the 3 days weights, cardio splits, and play day, for one more month, then we will re-write things and keep it interesting.

:action8:FF:action8:

maybe we will take you skydiving someday and you can test out that all natural wingsuit you have, you could glide for miles. ;)

I'm glad you two don't live on the east coast near me! I'm sure I could get talked into it with a pair like you around!

Well... FL is a vacation hotspot... and Z-hills is one of the best locations to do a jump in the U.S. so............... Sounds like you need a trip.. LOL

And... I'm fairly certain FF will have you up and out in no time :) Trust me... he has an infitessimal number of counter-answers already pre-planned for the barrage of possible excuses you could come up with...HAHAHA.. Besides...he didn't get to use them on me so you're the next candidate.. LOL

I lived far enough North for a long enough time that going anywhere above the Manson-Nixon line is NOT appealing to me at all..LOL (sorry...) :)

Well dang... looking @ this journal I seem to have slacked off posting anything since my jump!!

That was such a rush... how do you top it?? By learning how to jump a curb on a bike, of course!!! (and no, I'm not kidding either.. lol)

Falling for 60 sec from 13,500K feet and then floating down under canopy was no problem. Being able to lift a front bike tire to get over a 6 inch blockade was a daunting task indeed.

This is the kind of thing kids learn when they're 7-8-9-10 or whatever.. not me.. I had to wait until 43..

Then to celebrate said "jump"... I rode for about 20 miles or so. Part of the ride was pedal pulling - not pushing; and part of the ride was a wild goose chase.Little did I know the goose was closer to home.. HAHAHA Oh well... :) It defo made the ride more interesting

Sunday 9/6

OK...OK.. I was supposed to do a run..

Here's the dealio though. I went on a ride today. 16 miles from IRB (Indian Rocks Beach) down to PAG (Passe A Grille Beach). Followed Gulf Coast Blvd and I gotta say... it was pretty, intense, and ridiculously hot... and I really enjoyed it :)

Tomorrow is my "scheduled" day off, but I'd much rather DO something than not...gotta figure that one out and see if I can find a biking buddy.. hehe

I am going to do my run tonight after the heat dissipates and the mosquitoes are in full force... LOL Besides.. bug spray is yummy..
