Here's the dealio though. I went on a ride today. 16 miles from IRB (Indian Rocks Beach) down to PAG (Passe A Grille Beach). Followed Gulf Coast Blvd and I gotta say... it was pretty, intense, and ridiculously hot... and I really enjoyed it
Tomorrow is my "scheduled" day off, but I'd much rather DO something than not...gotta figure that one out and see if I can find a biking buddy.. hehe
I am going to do my run tonight after the heat dissipates and the mosquitoes are in full force... LOL Besides.. bug spray is yummy..
