I am feeling like a pile of ++++ I have bronchitis,as if the stomach flu last week wasn't enough, ugh. My body is keeping everything right now, hopefully next week I will feel better and kick a**

Hey, I wanted to say thanks to you all and this challenge. Yesterday or the day before, I had the urge to take an extra scoop of peanut butter after making my sandwich, and I thought about this challenge and was able stop before I even took the extra pb out of the jar (which is rare)!!

i'm in. i am at 170. i will weigh in weekly to see how it's going and post my progress. even if i don't meet the challenge, i will be glad to lose even 4 pounds. any less though, i will be upset. i'll do my best.
