Weighed in today, too. (usually do it on Wednesdays, find it easier to keep it routine). I'm down a little over 2 pounds this week, which is good... I tend to lose 2 pounds one week and more inches, then 3 pounds the next with a little less inches. Funny, but it works!
 
Oh goodie, stop loosing for a couple weeks so i can catch up! :D

Well weigh in day for me. -3.1lb !!! Im stoked!


oh way to be supportive :D I still have to catch up to you missy :D

this weekend was a perfect case study of how too m uch good for you food is still not good for you- calories is still calories -even when i do work out :(
 
hey guys, i did pig out over super bowl sunday, that means i may not make the 2 lb goal...but i'm on this new crzy workout plan that is whipping my butt! i'm still trying to get in 1200 cals while prepin 4 the marathon-should prove useful 2 the weight loss goal!
 
11 months and counting - and nothing on the horizon unless mrs tri will pimp out tri :D- i could probably count days and hours and minutes too :) and i think i did pay for that... though not neccessarily with cash :(
 
hehe reminds me of Valentines thing on the radio, one guy gave his gf an STD for valentines so she said :)

I just realized that if i loose the 2lb a week for this month i will be in onederland by the end of the month! :D:D

45 minute strength training: lat pulls, pull ups, assisted dips, single arm row.
 
is that actual calories burned including breathing r just exercise.

my behind is planted in a chair for 12 hours a day orlonger - i need more activity than that i think :D

I think its great having this as motivation for everyone...ganging up on weight loss and kicking its butt in large numbers has always worked sooooo much better than going at it alone!!! :)
 
ok so tommara is weigh in day and i just got done walking on the tread mill for 1.5 hours and i am beat!!!!
I better loose 2lbs or i'll punch that dang treadmill right in the mouth!!!!!
