Off the rails today!

Oh dear....

Took my daughter shopping and to the cinema and temptation ruled the day!

Daily Fitday Stats.

Calories burnt: 2350
Calories consumed: 2725 - oops!


Walked 3 miles with Wolfy.
Strength training at gym 45 minutes: warm ups then dumbbell and bench exercises - shoulder presses, inclined bench presses, flat bench presses, dumbbell flys.

Ok, a bit late to post because I was sick last week, but managed to lose a that 2 lb :eek: , hopefully I can keep that off and keep losing when I'm back to normal now :p

i had to hide it from myself, because i was constantly stepping on it! :)
 
I have to say too that this thread is really motivating! Even though I have yet to drop one damn pound (i bounce back and forth from 157 to 160... it's aggravating at times), I feel like this is a great way to do weekly weigh-ins and have a goal to reach one week at a time.

One of the things I realized is I often don't journal what I eat on weekends (where I tend to reach for naughty snacks). This past weekend I journaled everything I had on Saturday. I still didn't write (er, enter on Spark) everything down for Sunday, but I know I didn't eat terribly that day either.

Either way, this weighing in every week and accounting to this thread is actually working for me in terms of keeping me from having that extra slice of pizza on a Friday night or tossing a bag of chips in the cart at the grocery store.

That's all- just wanted to ramble a bit about how I find this thread and this February challenge quite helpful.
 
ahhh i forgot the last weigh in, mid-terms have begun yet again!
but not using that as an excuse nemore, still going to run :)

i'll post my weight this thursday, im not gonna check it till then, hopefully i havn't gained :(
 
Well, here's something I'd never admit anywhere other than here....

For the past 5 days or so, I haven't been losing the way I used to. Then, suddenly, I realized today that I haven't, ahem, pooped since last Thursday (not sure why, was feeling fine). Argh. Well, that was remedied today (I know, TMI!!!) and I dropped a bit more weight then!!! LOL!!

I know, I know... it's sad when something like this excites me! :D
 
I haven't lost anything since last week. I guess the 4lb loss last week was too much at once. I still feel off this week. Not all that motivated, so that doesn't help. Not expecting a loss this week, but I'm still averageing 2lbs a week, with last weeks weigh in. For sure next week will be better, I'll be over TOM and will be able to focus again.

arg i forgot to weigh in this morning.
Ill have to use yesterdays weight - 2.2lb or so.

Sometime last week i thought id lost 2lb more than i had, but i must have misscounted in the early hours of the morning when weighing. Ive been putting in a lot of extra hours at work so getting up excessivly early :/
 
:confused: i can't believe i lost another 2. *jumps ups and down* and i didn't eat so healthy last few days and didn't exercise due to being sick...i did stay in my cal range most of the times though.

i am so happy now :) i could sing
