Well I don't expect to lose much weight this week, as I have increased my calorie allowance. I lost weight too quickly at the beginning of the challenge, and I don't have much spare to lose! I'm still not totally happy with my body, but I now weigh 138 pounds - in English English thats below 10 stone! The last time that I weighed this I was a boy!

I'll carry on with a target of 2,500 cals per day, but once the month has ended, I'm going to step it up further.
 
I don't hink I'm going to have a loss this week. If anything it will be a gain. Home today with sick boy, so bored and too much access to food!
 
I'm not going to hit 10 this month - but it's still lower than when I started... I swear the weight loss gods smite me whenever i get too cocky and thinkI have it under control...
 
to which children? their own? or all children?

On another note,
Im not sure if ive lost any weight this week - my monthly is due in the next week. Ill either not loose any this week and loose double the week after or not loose any next week :)

Supposed to be all children (including their own and the ones of their friends)
 
I was trying to convince one of my colleagues that they owed me a red envelope of cash -- but they weren't buying it :) too bad... and did you knowthat the cash has to be an even number - odd numbers are for funerals.

I lost the first 15 too quickly, and have now come to a screeching halt!
 
Start Weight = 207.2lb

1st Feb = 207.2
8 Feb =204.1 (-3.1lb !!!)
15 Feb =201.9 (-2.2 !)
22 Feb =202.8 (+1 eek! time of month presumably)

rotfl. Im not to overly fussed on the speed - i realize ill be slowing down somewhat now im a lower weight :)
Im just impatient :D

Im pretty happy that i havnt had a real plateau of more than a week in the entire 8 months ive been loosing.

I think I hit two mini stalls where my weight didn't budge for 2 weeks... teaches humility :) I'd love to say it's because we're doing stuff right but - eh - karma will get me for that...
 
hehe im trying to get away from the weighing in every day thing. Getting up and starting work at 7am has helped a lot - no time for the scales :D
Unfortunatly its done nothin for the exercise side because by the end of the day im knackered, and probably not giving it my 100%.
I may start getting up at 6am - doing 30 mins jogging or so instead when im fresh,

Total Lost in Feb = 8 pounds

Only half of a pound, but it was expected as I've increased calories to 2,500 per day. Next week Wishes!

well as i expected no loss but also no gain so i'm happy with that...i know it was the beer lol :)

1st Feb =103 kg/ 227 lbs
8 Feb = 102 kg/ 224 lbs
15 Feb = 101 kg/ 222 lbs
22 Feb =101 kg/ 222 lbs
