Considering I wasn't keeping up, I guess 3 lbs is better than nothing? I don't think I can make it to less than 210 by the end of february though .. hmm, means I might have to push extra extra hard in march. I still wanna be 199 by the end of it! haha

There was a death in my family on the same day the challenge started so I haven't really been focused for the month of february. I think I am going to hit maybe 4-5 pounds for this month and to me...considering I've only worked out maybe 6 times for the month and been eating a lot of comfort food...to lose ANYTHING is GREAT. Gonna kick butt next month though...I'm going for 10 in march! (and another 10 in april!)
 
yeah i reckon.

Ive been a bit overworked and not taking care of myself. Been even to busy to weigh in.
But im taking multis and making sure i get my rest now - i dont hope for much weight loss this week, id be happy to just get some energy back :)

I'm in on this challenge too! I joined the weigh once a week thread so I guess my once a week will be these specified days. Let's do this....:cool:

Start Weight = 187

1st Feb = 187
8 Feb = 185
15 Feb = 185 (its TTOTM so expecting a decent drop in numbers next week)
22 Feb = 184 (only 1 but hey! it's in the right direction.) :)
28 Feb =184... :)

Finish Weight = 184
Total Lost in Feb = 3 lbs...yay me!

I'm happy.....Time to bring it up a notch...MARCH here I come!

Not a stellar month. Wish it was more. Winter blahs have gotten me down most of Feb. Just finally getting my act together this week. March as bound to be an improvement. Bring on Spring!

This is alright though- I realize some of the things I didn't do too well- such as hitting the gym at least 3 times a week, or else doing some at home video exercise dvd when i can't get to the gym.

But I'll admit I'm a tad disappointed. I will be taking the March challenge though and hope I can lose 5 lbs before my vegas trip on April 4.

I hear ya 2Phat4Fun- my thoughts on February too (not the winter blahs persay, but just the cold weather that had me inside instead of out). Bring on Spring! March will be awesome!
 
Yep Feb was definatly a downer month for me too.

Start Weight = 207.2lb

1st Feb = 207.2
8 Feb =204.1 (-3.1lb !!!)
15 Feb =201.9 (-2.2 !)
22 Feb =202.8 (+1 eek! time of month presumably)
28 Feb =201.5

Finish Weight = 201.5
Total Lost in Feb = 5.7lb

Not an overly bad loss, but none of it was in the last 2 weeks lol.

I had a bad 2 weeks then tried my hardest to give it my all and managed to lose 5 out of the 7 I gained.I will get em in March! Congrats to everyone else!

15 Feb = 210.6 (UH OH) Been sick no exercise
22 Feb = 207.0 OMFG !!! Down 3.6 lbs
28 Feb = 207.0

Total Lost in Feb = 5 lbs

Luckily this is a 4 week month

Well I had turned my diet around in the last week - I didn't feel right as a 9 stone 12 pound man! I don't mind putting on weight now - as long as its not all fat :)
