Considering I wasn't keeping up, I guess 3 lbs is better than nothing? I don't think I can make it to less than 210 by the end of february though .. hmm, means I might have to push extra extra hard in march. I still wanna be 199 by the end of it! haha

Not a stellar month. Wish it was more. Winter blahs have gotten me down most of Feb. Just finally getting my act together this week. March as bound to be an improvement. Bring on Spring!
