Exercise this week:

Cycled 4 miles (ok, partly pulled by a husky) diviided between two rides.
Strength trained at gym 152 minutes in three sessions.
Dog walking 11 miles (4 walks)
Dog-running / jogging 3.5 miles (one run).

Oh dear ... its going almost too well. Based on a calorific daily average of 2126, I'm losing an average of 4 pounds per week according to my Fitday stats...

In Old English terms, I'm now under 10 stone - 9 stone 13 pounds. Rather light for a man perhaps, even at 5ft 8". My BMI is now 21.1. So I'm going to have to start increasing calories starting this week. I'm going to aim for 2,500 per day, starting today.

Okay, I haven´t done anything to lose this week, at first there was only work-work-work and then I fell ill. Anyway, gonna make it up next week ;) I hope.

Yup, gained 2 pounds *sigh* I'm thinking maybe this is muscle weight, as I have been more active in the past few weeks and been doing muscle toning and weight resistance.
Darn it though. Can't wait until that scale starts moving down.

Hi everybody. I posted this over in the pics thread but I thought I would post it here too because I'm a part of this challenge. I am using this as my "before pic" even though I have lost 10 pounds since the begining of the year. (Currently 185 when I started I was 195). I hope to lose another 30 pounds over the next 4-6 months bringing me to my goal of 155 lbs. I'm 5'7" and have a medium-large frame.

It's a Chinese tradition that at the New Year, the married adults will give red pockets with money inside to the children (including the single adults) ;)
 
to which children? their own? or all children?

On another note,
Im not sure if ive lost any weight this week - my monthly is due in the next week. Ill either not loose any this week and loose double the week after or not loose any next week :)
