Oh dear ... its going almost too well. Based on a calorific daily average of 2126, I'm losing an average of 4 pounds per week according to my Fitday stats...
In Old English terms, I'm now under 10 stone - 9 stone 13 pounds. Rather light for a man perhaps, even at 5ft 8". My BMI is now 21.1. So I'm going to have to start increasing calories starting this week. I'm going to aim for 2,500 per day, starting today.
