It was my daughter's birthday yesterday, and my niece's birthday today; so I think I have consumed enough fat / calories to sink a battleship. Party food, even in small quantities is murder on the hips!!! Thank goodness for the fruit platters!
I have been challenged to try and lose 2 kgs per week, but 2 lbs will suit me just fine, if that is all I lose.
Not looking forward to seeing my start weight; but I'll cringe and bare it.
Good luck everyone. May we each be blessed with at least an 8lb loss by the end of February.

Yeah! My Very First Challenge Here!! :D

Start Weight = 199.8

1st of Feb. = 199.8
8th of Feb. = 196.8
15th of Feb. = 192.8
22nd of Feb. = 191.4
28th of Feb. = 190.2

Finish Weight = 190.2
Total Lost in Feb. = 9.6 pounds!

okay, i re-gained a lb (i started training again so retain water). But that just gives me another couple lb to loose at the other end of the month lol.

Ok, I'm in too...

1st Feb = 164.5 total weight, 45.4 pounds of fat
8 Feb = 160 total weight, 41.8 pounds of fat. BOO YA!!! (-3.6 pounds of fat)
15 Feb = 159 total weight, 41.5 pounds of fat WOO HOO (3.9 pounds of fat lost altoether)!

So I managed to gain back a pound couple of days ago but didn´t want to admit it and hoped it would go away. Hell it did :p So...

My weight keeps going back and fourth between 150-155. It's TOM in 3 days so iI am bloated and yucky, but here it goes!;)

I forgot today was the 1st so I didn't weigh this morning but yesterday. So I'll go with that number.

I'm excited about this! I'm usually looking towards a "goal" of seeing my fiance again with a better body and that's how it is this time. I have about six weeks until I go visit him. I would love to be at goal by then...but I don't know. *grin*
