Oh count me in! I lost 7.5 with jan challange could of lost the 10
if I didn't blow it over the weekend.Woohoo I am shooting for - 10lbs!:)

8 Feb = 192 (+5 lbs I know and I am back on track)
15 Feb = 194(+2 off track still)
22 Feb = 191(yay back on track for good)
28 Feb =

Yup, my understanding is that the Feb 1 weigh-in date is your starting weight, and the other 4 dates are to see what we can lose on those dates. So, my starting weight will be about 126 or so... which means my goal for the 8th would be 124, the 15th would be 122, etc.
I did the January challenge and really enjoyed it... it was my first, and it helps me stay focussed!
 
yeah it does help you and give you a small goal to reach for. By the end of the month you sit back and go 'wow was i really xxx when i started a month ago?'

I'm in on this challenge too! I joined the weigh once a week thread so I guess my once a week will be these specified days. Let's do this....:cool:

Start Weight = 187

1st Feb = 187
8 Feb = 185
15 Feb = 185 (its TTOTM so expecting a decent drop in numbers next week)
22 Feb = 184 (only 1 but hey! it's in the right direction.) :)
28 Feb =184... :)

Finish Weight = 184
Total Lost in Feb = 3 lbs...yay me!

5.5lbs lost yay! :) Well last week I was up a little extra from water weight but hey :) I'll take it! Was at 190 before that so still a 2.5 loss if you look at that way too! Hopefully another 2 lbs this week!
