Yesterday turned out just like I had planned
I was very tired after the work in the garden so it was only a short walk.

Breakfast: a turkey burger with a fried egg
Lunch: egg mayonnaise sandwich
Dinner: salmon in tomato sauce with veg
Alcohol: 2 beers and 2 gin and tonics
Nutrition: 1,774 calories, 124g protein, 46g fat, 74g carbs
Exercise: 16,364 steps, 2,502 calories burned
Deficit: 728
Today's weight is 9 stone 4.5lbs, but I am expecting this to go up after the alcohol last night. I carried on with the work in my garden, but my fitbit went a little crazy when I started jet-washing the fence as it registered over 17,000 steps
It must be the motion of my hand moving up and down in the air as it was fine when I was jet-washing the ground. I did, however, go for a walk afterwards so I know that the 10,000 steps after that were earned.
