I see big differences. Look at your left and right side profiles in the front and back shots, the difference is obvious. You are really starting to shape up.

I did look Dietbet up, it sounds interesting. Not sure it's for me, I am more a short term goal person, like today. But I am thinking about it.

Oh, a really marked difference especially around the waist area and just below the waist! Very clear difference! :)
(And congratulations on finding the missing half of the bikini!)

Thanks everyone! I love picture day, I’ll get some more up in another 10 lbs.

In the meantime, I’ve hit a new low of 203.2 yesterday, that puts me at 23% of the way to my goal...

I was stuck at 207ish for a good week and a half but I think that I just seem to lose weight in fits and starts — I barely saw 204 or 205. Maybe I can sneak in a Halloween in Onederland? We’ll see...

I started a collagen supplement and a few others for anti-aging. I’m using a lot of lotions and oils on my skin hoping that I can stave off a bit of looseness by doing that. My skin seems really healthy on keto. I added a few ingredients to my diet, some prebiotics for gut health (artichokes), and black olives to round out my fats. My days are pretty predictable and the meals satisfying and rich. I’d like to start getting grass fed meat but they really don’t carry it at my local grocery store so I’ll have to look around. I’d rather not buy 10 lbs at a time but it may be the only option.

Wow, that is great. I am sure you are headed to onederland, if not by Halloween soon, good for you! You seem to have found the key to weight loss, I know you felt stuck for a while, good for you sticking with it. Paying off now.

Wow guys—hit 200.8 this morning. That’s ahead of schedule. The past few days my appetite has been low and I managed to cut out the almond butter snacks. Then moving around a lot for a couple shifts at work.

I know I’ll hit another 2 week plateau soon but it sure feels good to be ahead of the curve for once and racking up some numbers.

Wow indeed, that is great! You'll be over that 200 barrier in no time. Plateaus are just a normal part of the process, much as we hope not to hit one we likely will, good that you are prepared. You however seem to have been plateau free for a while, a sign you are doing things right.

Hey Davis how goes it?

I am sure you are fine, but it makes me nervous not to hear from you. I hope all is well.
Hi Rob! Thanks for checking in. All is well, hanging out in 197-199 territory for a bit but I’ll be back in a couple of days with more pics and a new number I’m sure.

I tend to lose a bunch then hang out at the same point for a bit. It’s just the way my weight loss works. These are the long boring days of not much movement on the scale and a lot of clean eating. My workouts have been few — the weather changed and the long dog walks are out, and with the new job starting out, I haven’t had much energy for the gym. I’ve been only 3x in 2 weeks. But I’ve noticed that for me it’s the eating that drives the weight loss and exercise is a nice complement but not needed.

Still can’t actually believe I dropped under 200! I feel great. :)

A good place to be! And I am sure you won't hang out there long.

You have really done well, keep it up!
