Club 200 Plus

thats cool. I guess the hardest thing about working out is doing it every day. my muscles have started not to hurt so time to get back to the weights. its one of those things thats hard to keep doing without support here at home but its going ok so far

Welcome back, M2M, glad you had a good time!

Thanks! We had a great time, but geesh...the unpacking, cleaning and laundry is enough to make me not want to go ;)

I put in another 4 miles (6.4 kms)
And today was my weigh in day - I dropped 1 pound. That's all I ever loose. but considering how many extra calories I had - I'm happy I didn't gain ;)

397.4

Im 200+ Can't wait to be under 200.

A few years ago I was 250, then I swam everyday until I reached 190, then I stopped and now im at 265. I guess I need to do this all over again. This time I will stick to my excersise program after I reach my goal weight lol.

Hello there!

I found out about this website a few days ago and this is my very first post. It seems everyone here is very supportive and that makes feel a lot better :) because I know I can't expect any support from my family on this.
I turned 23 a couple of weeks ago and it just hit me like a revelation: I am fat fat fat    and I want to go back to happy healthy energetic slim me! I don’t know how that big body get in my mirror, but this is definitely not mine...
I’m just not into counting calories so I’ll go for balanced healthy eating with exercize (1hr/day minimum).
 Starting weight: 224 lbs (and I never want to see that on my scale again!!!)
:D Target weight: 160 lbs (and I will get there)

Good luck to everyone, I’m sure we’ll all make it happen!

hi!

Hi Robre, Biggie, and Goulette! Glad you guys have joined us.

We CAN reach our goals, we just have to stick to it and support each other. :)

I dont see myself checking every single calorie. honestly i dont see myself down to 1200 cals anytime soon. so far im just watching what i eat and drink and doing what exercises my back will let me do. I decided to get back into some high rep, light weight training. I do that every other day. we live on a two acre lot and i cut that this morning with a push mower so my walking is done for the week lol.....

Hi Everyone,
It is so nice to see so many new faces posting! All your moving, walking and excercising is a constant reminder to me to get my butt off my Nintendo DS and get outside and walk!

I went to a family picnic/BBQ yesterday - I have no idea how many calories I consumed, but I didn't touch any of the side dishes LOL! I figured the one thing I don't typically do/eat is BBQ meat, so I ate a few pork ribs, one beef rib, one half of one chicken breast and a slice of prime rib without the fat. I didn't touch the deserrt table either.

I haven't had that much meat in a month!

And I did get on the scale this morning - what was I thinking? And I weighed 1.5 more than yesterday ;) Anyway, the only day that counts is Saturday am weigh in, so I'm just going to ignore it ;)

Everyone seems to be doing a great job - remember to drink your water!

yea barbq thats a tough one. i think thats in the rule book along with pizza. you can try to get away from it but its not always that easy. as for the scale there was prob just extra moisture in the air making it read heavy lol...

no worries just keep going

Mm BBQ. Just workout an extra 10 minutes and Im sure it will help. If I eat something that has a lot of calories I just go do sit ups or something after I digest my food and I don't feel guilty. Besides, it's ok to cheet, just not every day

chicken little

Okay, here is an inspirational quote from Chicken Little - "That's it! Today is a new day!"

(Sorry, couldn't help it. The kids just got that movie, and I was struck by the wisdom of one young chicken! :D )

Anyway, put me down for 1.75 km, and I'll add in Troutman's last 18.25, which totals 20 km, bringing us toooooooo...

377.4 km
