Tara, good job on giving up soda! It has so much sugar that you wouldn't believe. And absolutely no nutritional value. My eyes almost popped out when I checked the nutritional values. I've given it up too completely except on special occasions.
Okay, and to add to our club challenge... I did about 2km on the eliptical and 5 km on the bike yesterday. And then 1.5km walk around the neighbourhood.

I've been eating horribly this past week (a buffet, dim sum, and then a very starchy late meal with the family - horrible cause I'm only supposed to have 2 servings of starch and 3 oz of meat per meal). And to top it all off... I haven't been drinking enough water.
So these last two days, I've been trying to really keep on track and be a good lil girl by watching everything I eat. And tomorrow, I'll hit the gym again probably.
