I weighed in at 201.8 this morning! Guess the extra working out is paying off after all How exciting! I haven't weighed in this low in years.
I also wanted to share a snack tip I recently came across. For those of you who find it hard to eat raw veggies and ranch is too high in calories... get fat free ranch. The kind I got is 30 calories for 2 tablespoons. You then get a packet of hidden valley buttermilk ranch powder and pour it into the bottle and shake it up good. It tastes exactly like full fat ranch and there are NO extra calories from the packet (some brands have like 15 calories for the pack but this one has zero) and it makes veggies delicious!
