If you have Netflix and a gold account you can stream movies to it(360)! That makes for some good walk/run activities.

My gym membership is free. Work pays for it. I have gotten very used to the eleptical and would like to change what I'm doing up a bit. The only thing holding me back is my inability to rid myself of these stupid shin splints.

I should probably go to the doc.

I'm still averaging 1-2 lbs a week loss, so I guess doing what I'm doing has yet to become a bad thing.
 
Hmm... you mentioned that your work pays for your gym... So I got to work right now, and my work pays for the gym too... but only 24 HR Fitness... which is way to far from where I live.... you would think they would get a membership with a place closer to my building... that would be sweet... however, I probably still wouldn't use it. LoL

The gym is literally across the street from our office building and it's an actual gym. I don't like fitness centers. Not enough toys to play with.

Thank you! LoL. I'm going to post some before and after pictures this weekend. When my BF built his computer he forgot to put in the slots for my camera card and is to lazy to do it now. LoL. So i have to wait to go to my mothers.
 
I learned something this weekend. Saturday after my workout I was 210. I went to the amusement part on Saturday. Had normal amusement park food. Pizza, ice cream, slushies, fudge...

Then had a cookout on Sunday and then another families on Monday. I was 214 this morning! I sure hope a lot of this is just bloated water weight. I didn't know it was possible to gain that much in 2 days!
 
Glad to see everyone still working hard. I haven't been going to the gym lately but I'm maintaining so thats really good. Its just so hard to find time to go with my work schedule. And of course I got really sunburned yesterday and can barely move today so that is a no go on the gym before work today. I wanted to be down to at least 210 by the end of this month, doesn't look like thats gonna happen now. I can just try my best and see what happens haha.
 
Shuan, your just hydrated, that's what happen to me after a long day of work. I drink alot of water and I don't even worry about it much.

Yeah, today at the gym I was 2lbs heavier not 4. That was in just one day. I'm sure all of it was bloat weight. I bet I'll be even lighter then I was last week here in a couple of days. :)
 
Yeah, it's not much to worry about.

I beat my 3 mile time! I ran 24:00 for 3 miles straight. hehehe i'm very proud
 
Hi everyone, I haven't been in here for a really really long time, just popping in to see what's going on in the "200"... I recently restarted my good habits and have lost 5 lbs so far, so I'm actually at 255, but I'm not updating my ticker until Saturday, my official weigh in day (yes I cheated :blush: ) So... I"ll be dropping in again soon. :seeya:
