Hey everyone,
Checking in for my weekly weigh in. Last thursday I was 297.0... this thursday I weighed in at 293.8. I knew after the initial weight loss on my 1st week that the next week would be slow, but I am kind of disappointed with all the work I have done to have only lost 3.2 lbs. Especially since I have so much to lose.
I have a challenging weekend ahead of me as my family and I are going to visit my parents... I find it is harder to maintain healthy eating outside of my own environment, and mom loves to cook...Mom knows about my healthy eating and is all excited to fix me healthy stuff, so that is good.
With my new diet I have been having some "tummy regularity" problems if you get my meaning... which is weird because I am eating more Fiber and Ruffage than I have for years. I have a pain deep in my tummy. Anyone have similar situation when you started your new diet?... kind of frustrated to eat nothing but good stuff and be bloated.
I have made a goal of 290.0 for next thursday...
I am going to post my regular menu and can you please give feedback on what I should add/take away or opinions etc.
