On the downside again...
So, here I am almost 4 weeks after my last post and I finally started moving down again. I haven't posted since my weight wasn't changing. Not up, not down (my husband said atleast it's not going up, but I just sighed). He's really a great support system and sometimes he's my conscience, like when I get a REALLY bad craving for nacho chips and cheese sauce. All he does (and drives me nuts

) is raise his eyebrows. FINE. I'll have water. LOL
Anyway, back to what I was saying. So, no weight change, but then my husband (him again) carefully mentioned that I've been skipping breakfast again. I've been in such a rush in the mornings that I just figured (wrongly) hey, if I’m not eating then I’ll still be OK.
Now, I’m not a fan of anything that doesn’t fit into my diet in the long term. If you’ve read my posts you’ll understand and appreciate the scare I had using drugs. But a friend, who works out, suggesting protein shakes. They usually taste gross but the one I’m using is actually pretty good. I alternate between shakes and eggs for breakfast, this way I won’t get bored. Drum roll please … OK so I’m back on track, down another 2 lb. I’m not afraid to admit that my husband was right (well maybe I’m a bit hesitant to actually admit it to his face).
So that’s my story, I’m human and just like everyone else. Keep up the good work everyone.
