I really like those little pre-packaged cereals for breakfast. They are yummy, they come already portioned and with the calorie count right on the box so there is no measuring involved. I know about how much space 1/2 cup of milk takes up in my cereal bowl, so I don't even have to measure that anymore. And, getting to choose from several varieties each morning is a lot of fun for me!
I also like fruit. And occasionally an Eggo waffle with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and some sugar free syrup. The sugar free syrup I have is really runny, though, so I dip the bites of waffle in syrup rather than pouring it all over. Too soggy.
