Definitely. In the end every decent weightloss method is an attempt to get you into a caloric deficit while keeping you comfortable enough to stick with the program. Every calorie may not be exactly the same but they're all close enough to make long-term success pretty much the same for all methods. Fasting helps for some people. Keto does it for others. Someone somewhere does great on high-carb-low-fat. All plans work but not everyone can stick to every plan.You guys know how that feels?
