What weight would be your bmi 30? Just so we know how much to manipulate the force...

What weight would be your bmi 30?
191 lbs would be 29.9, and the force may take some manipulation to get there! Thanks for the offer.

I am starting to pack up for the move on, trying to get things back in place and clean for the next occupants. I am kind of sneaking out a little early, so far all of my movements have been based on the "official" weights, and mine is still over 200, however I know that my undressed weight has broken 200, and I let the cat out of the bag. Not quite done here yet, but close!

It's Monday, day 1 of my weigh in and this morning I am down nicely, still well short of the 191, but down. We'll see what happens Wednesday.
The way you´ve been going I think May 15th could be doable. Drum roll please!
Thanks LaMa, I'll see how much of the belly roll I can trade for a drum roll! Guess I set this one up, but I am not big on weight goals, I do better just eating right day by day and seeing what happens with the weight.

Wow, Rob you have gone so far while I was gone. I have been sort of out of ideas for weight loss lately. But I finally decided to make a new weight-loss project. I am going to focus on intermittent fasting. I have been continually making the right food choices lately, but I have not been able to lose weight, even gaining. I think IF would be an appropriate project to get my weight loss back on track. I am currently at 249.2 today. I strongly expect to start going down by tomorrow. Let's see. Maybe I can catch up with Rob.

Cheers for the new project, Kyle! It's like: he's at the starting line... he's going into the starting crouch... and he's off! :hurray: Go, Kyle!

Tuesday and my weight is still down, not quite so much as yesterday, but down. I am optimistic for tomorrow.

Thanks LaMa, it does feel good to see the scales cooperate!

My weight was up to 249.2 yesterday. But now it's down to 247.6. Despite the potential pain of disappointment, I have decided to record my weight daily. As long as I don't draw conclusions from daily weigh-ins, I think I can avoid taking it the wrong way and end up pushing myself too hard.

Hey Kyle, congrats on seeing a drop. I understand what you are saying, I actually weigh every morning so I see the ups and downs, I just hold off recording my "official" weight to more of an average. Recording daily should be fine so long as you don't expect to lose every day, and it sounds like you don't.

This morning my official weight is down to 201 and I am pretty happy about it. Actually over the weekend I saw below 200, even with my clothes on a couple of times. But its bounced back up so I am still here, but hopefully not for much longer.

Omg. That is so cool, Rob. I can't wait to be down there. Enjoying the changes?

So my weight is slowly dropping day by day. Now at 246.6. And to be honest I had some cake 2 days ago because it was my son's bday. I was still able to go down a little due to the IF. I am not getting much exercise the past few days due to the rain, but I am working hard at work, which seems to help me feel the burn. I have a good feeling this time, like I can continue the IF for while until my weight gets down to a happier place. Also somehow IF is causing me to eat a little less during my eating hours. It's like shrinking my stomach or something. But I am not trying to eat less in particular, I want to keep away from starving myself to get results.

Omg. My weight went from 246.6 to 243.4 in one day! I don't know why, but that makes me so happy. I was thinking of taking a run just to push my weight loss, but I decided against it. I wasn't bursting with energy, and I don't want to overdue the exercise either, at least at this stage. Maybe I will have more energy foe running if I get into a lower weight range.

That's great, Kyle! :D :D :D
