Anyway my weight was even lower this morning 62.4, I won't update my ticker yet and see what i weigh for the next few days.:party:

Ugh. Didn't exercise yesterday. I felt like all I did was eat :( I really need to make up for that the rest of this week....

Hmm, a new sport? :/ Doesn't sound too appealing right now.... but maybe I'll get out do more exercise. I dunno.

61.9 kgms or 136.5pounds. Its the lightest i have been in a long time,

I didn't exercise yesterday because i was so tired from the time change,

I might be joining you in the gain club this week Cheiri. The past few days have not been great. I have been really busy and exhausted and have been eating heaps of crap. So much for upping the ante. At least I have been to the gym a couple of times. Next week is my last week of classes at uni so things should calm down then and hopefully I'll be able to get back on track.

I'll wait until I weigh myself tomorrow to write this week off. Hopefully I maintained. On a good note I did do the challenge this week because I tried bikram on sunday which is something new.

Cazza - I stayed up all night watching the cricket the other night but it was a bit of a waste of time. I assume you might have known from the news it was an Aus-NZ final? Your aussies are just too good! Congrats on the weight loss!

Well i weighed in at 62.5kgms today. I am hoping it is under 62 by sunday.

Caro i am a shocker i didn't even know NZ and AUS were playing.

sucks that you have had a bad week. get back on the wagon for next week.

I know what it feels like when you are exhausted and don't eat well

I have been good with food this week and have done some exercise. Coming up to TTOM and i always put on weight so I'm not too stressed about my weight today. Next week will be a better number
 
Well it wasn't totally bad news for me. I did manage to lose 100g! So i guess atleast the numbers are going down.

I'm already feeling a bit better about this week because I've had some rest. I have a lot more free time on my hands this week so I'm going to use it! But it's also my TOM so hopefully the scales are nice to me on fri.

Congrats on everyones losses this week.

WHY is it, that I ALWAYS miss Fridays?! It's like they don't exist to me...I said Thursday nite "Weigh in tomorrow morning!" I was super pumped about it! I woke up, ran to get ready for work and oops....what did I forget!?

yay, i finally lost a few pounds!

unfortunately, my "new sport" for the week was the ancient art of phone book delivery, lol. i have hand-delivered to about 400 residences in 3 days, which translates into a BUNCH of walking and carrying stuff as i do it. not the most fun form of exercise, but hey, it burns calories!

did we lose some people?

well i'm not weighing myself until this thursday. I usually weigh everyday but not a good time atm.

My clothes are baggier so i'm pretty sure i have lost.

hoping to be below 62 on thursday
 
Half-way there, guys...! I'm excited and scared...lol. Kinda went overboard this weekend with fried foods and cookies...not too proud. But I'm getting back on track. I gotta drink more water and get some fiber.

Hi all

My week has started off pretty well. I went snowboarding on Sunday though and woke up on Mon and could barely move. My back, shoulders, neck and arms are still really aching. I went to the gym yesterday but couldn't use my arms at all so just went on the bike, walked on the treadmill and used the cross trainer without using the arm things. Think I might give myself a break today to try and let my muscles recover a bit!

My eating has been pretty average but I'm drinking plenty of water.

Come on everyone! Less than 3 weeks til halloween!
 
Are any of you guys planning on dressing up for Halloween? I'm looking for some ideas! I'm kinda disgusted by the whole "add-a-short-skirt-and-high-hooker-heels-to-every-possible-costume" thing. I'm looking for something creative and gruesome and scary all at the same time! Any suggestions?
 
Hi all!

I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scales this morning and I was 89.8! I'm under 90 now and its TOM for me so I usually am a kg heavier! Hopefully that should mean a good loss for next week if I keep it up. Yay.

I have no idea...I didn't excercise that much, it was also "TOM" week for me and...I didn't eat too well over the past weekend...is that possible? I'm happy, but I don't want to be nervous about this! lol

I've always wanted to do something for Halloween, but I've never had the opportunity (one day, though!) :( , ha...I also hate those costumes, Itbustle. I mean, it's cold on Halloween! And it's just not a good message...thankfully, though, I've never seen anyone actually wearing them. No costume ideas... ):
