Okay, as you may have noticed from my lack of posting/positive attitude, I'm having problems right now. And my weight isn't helping, either.... it's up and down to the extreme. Plus, I just got my period. I don't even have motivation to work out anymore, and I've attempted healthier eating, but it's not doing too well either.

I need help :(

I understand what you mean - when I am having an off week I reach straight for chocolate. Just try and stay as positive as you can. Exercise is something good to do when you're having a hard time too. Is there any kind of exercise that you really love or makes you feel good.

Sometimes when I'm feeling down - this sounds a bit dumb - but i switch on some music i love and dance around my room. Not only is it exercise but it often distracts me from eating!

AFM - I knocked it out of the park today. Good eating, a couple of hours of tennis this morning, a gym sesh and lots of walking and water!

Lots of little things have been building up, hitting me, and I just feel like they're finally ready to collapse on top of me. Not even explode, I don't have the energy for that, just to... break, cease to work.

No, I am difficult and have not found any form of exercise that I truly enjoy or want to do.

Thank you for the encouragement and suggestions. I tried to work out yesterday, but got a phone call when I was not even 10 minutes in and couldn't muster up the motivation to restart.

Weigh in for me today. My scales were going crazy so I ended up using my wii fit and according to that im 89.5. Not very happy wth this week but I do deserve it. I've had 2 nights of drinking alot (bubbles and vino). I'm also starting to get a little stressed about exams (my first ones end of next week) so my eating has been going a little off.

This week I'm going to try and do the calorie counting thing because I want to see a good result for my last week. Good luck everyone.

haha, i say that after i just ate a big plate of mac n cheese :)

i have designated today as my cheat day, though. lots of beer. and aforementioned mac n cheese.
 
well guys i've hit my goal range, everything else is bonus. Let's keep it up. I want to go for as close to 220 as possible now!
