Thanks, Em, Liza & Skurgeon. I hope the weight drops soon, but I'm right with being on track regardless. I had a good weekend but it was very tiring & I haven't felt up to much today. I did sleep very well, thanks Skurgeon. Are you a skinny surgeon?
R made the final 8 in the pool comp & I'm glad I wasn't there to see him get beaten as he was really disappointed with himself. He has such high expectations of himself & is very hard on himself. I wonder who he gets that off?
Both days I ended up leaving G in there to watch to the end as a young friend(M) said he would drive him home & both days G rang to ask me to go into our local town to pick him up to save M further driving. I did lots of driving & LOTS of walking & that's why I am exhausted.
I did take Arch for a 2.5 km walk before lunch, but he'll only be getting a shorter walk at about 4 pm.
I have gone 15 out of the last 16 days without any alcohol. I took a bottle of alcohol-free bubbly to my SIL & BIL's yesterday to have with lunch. I just realised I didn't log that
Then I checked out yesterdays food & I added something else in twice. 1627 cals, 631 deficit!
