We took him with us
Oh dear! How did you get the bird out?? I guess he wanted to be included on your bird count!I can't leave the door open as too many flies come in & a huge bird came in while G was away
watching birds at the bath on days that make me shiver, i’m not convinced animals deal with cold & wet the same way humans do....
I'm going to bath Arch shortly. The fire is going just for him
Yep. He does I’m a sucker!Haha, Archie has you wrapped around his little paw.
Exploding snakes? Eeuww!I just learned that the Romans thought snakes loved wine and would drink it until they´d burst, so...
I opened up the glass sliding doors & shooed him out. They’re after Archie’s tucker.Oh dear! How did you get the bird out?? I guess he wanted to be included on your bird count!
I think you’re probably right.watching birds at the bath on days that make me shiver, i’m not convinced animals deal with cold & wet the same way humans do.
I hope so Cate--that sounds like it could be really great.K9 is coming up Fri & then they are both heading down the east coast camping. I hope he moves into her house & they make a real go of living together. I think they could be really happy.
Archie & A are adjusting to one another's company & hopefully will settle soon. Poor A is getting doggy dementia we think & is very anxious.Several of our dogs were fond of jumping into streams even on freezing days (they weren't supposed to, but sometimes they're just too fast) and afterwards they'd shake themselves off, start steaming, and be dry in minutes. Found that impressive!
The bird was a Currawong. They're fairly big really.I love hearing about Archie, and I'm glad he's safe from snakes. I saw a whopper recently - a big, glossy, healthy-looking Eastern Brown, slithering over the road about two hundred metres from here.
(What bird was it?)
Fingers crossed, Liza.I hope so Cate--that sounds like it could be really great.
It is positive & I'm hopefulHope R and K9 do too Cate . It's very positive she is still in the picture .
