That's happy news to hear, that the family is bringing around an Italian pepperoni soup - sounds tasty! And sounds like some good company, too, which never goes astray for anybody.

well been off thinking again
of how i can stick to goals
so far i came up with this
for 2 days just 2 days
try 1600 calories
3 cups veggies on at
least 1 of the 2 days
and
do the 15 minute happy walk
video on both days
surely i can handle 2 days?
ok so today being day one
i will go do the exercise now
while i still have my daily energy left
 
yesterdays food--
626 soup
210 ham
220 choc. almond milk
1.5 cups green beans
1200 cashews
so calories over

yesterdays exercise--
15 minute happy walk

never made the food goal

thinking all sorts of bad things right now
but i leave the assessment for the end
of day 2
 
todays food--
soup 300
pork chops unsure (didnt think to keep label for the weight of them)
2 cups choc. almond milk 220
cashews 600

exercise--
none

so i didnt meet my goals

going to be eating soup mostly this month
with a few other small things
like the ham and some pepperttes
huge soup and chili sale was on

im still aiming for the 1600
with a bit of exercise

id love to do more exercise
but maybe going real real slow
i wont get the leg pain or feet
and leg swelling

i ultimately want to be doing 30 minutes
each day of some sort of exercise
whats the difference between hurting
after 10 minutes or 15 minutes
thus doing 15 on bike
and 15 doing another kind
of exercise

I don't know about this, can you ask your doctor? I think there are times working though the pain is good, but if its causing problems or damage you shouldn't do it. The objective is to get better.

sad because the rabbit was supposed to be eaten over 4 days

i dont have a dr
there are hardly any where i live
so we go to hospitals and walk in clinics
im on a waiting list now for 6 plus years
for a dr of my own
but when i did ask at the hospital the dr there
said to swim
when i told him about my leg pain
but swimming isnt one of my options
due to finances
but he didnt have time to go thru other
options
so im having to work with what i have
somehow
 
That rabbit talked to you- "Eat me, eat me!" I saw them in the supermarket today & quickly looked away.
