goal for today--
10 minutes on the bike

i know it hurts and all but its the only exercise i like
and have been able to stick to
and 10 minutes isnt much
but surely it has to be doing something good
 
Will it still hurt if you only do it every third day and do the happy walk on the other days?
 
i did my bike yesterday

so todays a walking video day

ive used all my energy out shopping
but i will try
 
i got the 15 minute walking video done yesterday

so today is the 20 minute walking video
and i already have it done

tomorrows the 10 minute bike again
 
Hey, that's great! Bit by bit, you get fitter and fitter. :)
By the way, when you say you're doing the shopping - is this just for you, or are there others in the household?

yep just shopping for me
no one else in the house
but a black four footed creature
 
i need something for tues tho
with 3 exercises it uses up
6 days a week rotating them
that leaves the 1 day
which is tues. for me

i either rest from exercise
or choose a different exercise
or maybe a food goal day for now?

i wanted to get into the exercise habit before
throwing in other goals
so maybe the 1 day food goal wouldnt be too
hard? just that 1 day for now
but i cant decide what food goal
maybe an not overeat day
or not binge day?
they arent the same even tho they may sound it
because i can overeat but it not be a binge

A black four-footed creature... I'm guessing a cat! Am I right?

Having it be shopping just for you, and no-one house-sharing with you is a positive - it means you have real control over what's around, nobody brings in unhelpful stuff, and nobody eats up the last of the whatever that was planned for the night's meal - which is all excellent! :)
