2-5 % keep it off: those are the ones that find a system that works for them long-term. And you CAN be one of them. Right now that´s not relevant though because right now you´re working to find ways to handle your food intake that don´t lead to binging. Because binging is terrible for the body, not just in terms of weight gain. If you can stop binging without gaining a ton of weight you are already doing your body so much good. And once you get that under control you may be able to think about eating more healthily or losing weight. You don´t have to do everything at the same time. If you lose weight along the way: great. If you don´t you´re still learning and improving your health.2-5 percent keep it off for 5 years
and im not one of them no matter
what i do or hope for.
I hope those two combined were one day? Because then you did very well! What´s boost?
I´m very sorry you´re having to deal with that. And if it´s something that happens more often or has happened in the past it can be one reason you´re prone to binging. I hope the future is more stable so you don´t have to consider that part anymore.im having some temporary
food security issues at this time
Would you describe that as a binge? Calorie-wise it's not a lost day, which is good.
I think that´s progress. The most harmful part of binging (aside from the physical stuff) is the feeling you´ve lost control. Experiencing something as "I´ve eaten more than I should´ve" is easier to put behind you than "I lost control completely because I´m weak and a terrible person". As long as you feel like you´re making a choice you have some level of control over what you eat and how much of it. Not to mention it´s much better for your self esteem, which is extremely important. So very well done!i used to think that amount was
but i dont anymore(a binge)
Maybe if you´re not hungry but so far under calories you can try to eat some vegetables or a piece of fruit to up your nutrition.
Well done on the walking, how did your legs react?
I can't comment on the time but added to the 480 kcal of cottage cheese you'd already had that's 1530 kcal, a pretty healthy amount of calories for someone who's dieting. I think you've been doing well for the past two weeks or so.not happy it seems like it was too much
especially so late
