Ok, that is a big day of eating. Not ludicrously so, but big enough that I wouldn't weigh in the morning to avoid frustration.

ya im still sad at the huge amount i had

Don´t be sad. You´re still here. You kept track of your calories instead of just giving up on the entire day and eating anything you could get your hands on. That´s progress and much better than binging. Don´t try to "make up" for yesterday but eat a normal-for-you amount today, so you don´t risk crashing and binging. You can do this!

You are making progress, as LaMa says, even though you may not feel that you are. Keeping track is important as is never giving up on yourself. You can do this xoxo

food goal--
6 to 8 cups food daily
average 270 a cup
never having less than 4/day

my personal food list foods
averages 253 a cup
but i'm still going to figure
the 270 because i dont
eat some of the lower calorie foods
included on the figured average of 270/cup
food lists given

exercise goal-- whatever i can do

weight goal-- 200
then 180
then 160
no time goals on those

binging goal-- i gave up on it
so i do my best to not have
tempting foods nearby

Sounds like a very decent goal and if you can stay away from the binges as well as you have been lately your weightloss WILL follow. It won't always be easy and your body may take some time to adapt but you've made amazing progress and I hope you're proud of that.
Having a rest day or doing something else on alternate days so your legs can recover is very sensible.

2 cups cottage cheese 480
2 cups chicken 350
1 cup beans 280
1 cup sauce chicken was cooked in 70

so today my 6 cups was under 1200
as opposed to the 6 being 1620
so on a day like this am i supposed
to eat more cups since my recommended
calories are 1600?
or figure that the lower day leaves
room for a higher day the 6 cups come
out to?
i liked the way i always knew how much
to have instead of always guessing

no exercise cause some days i have no
energy left by the time i spend it on others
so maybe should switch the time around
to be at a time before i have to do the things
that way im not too tired

I can understand that. It feels safer, doesn't it? But I think this way you're taking another step toward a normal eating pattern, which would be helpful in the long run. Changes are often a bit uncomfortable, even good ones.

1/2 cup ham 210
2 cups pork 880
2 cups beefaroni 420
1 cup beans 280
2 cups wine (pain management)(for my mouth)

i made my cup goal again
of 6-8

whew glad that beefaronis gone
even tho its cheaper- its a hard to
control food for me.
the hams questionable too
as its canned-
likely not healthy.
i guess if i want to dump the bad
processed meats /foods i just have
to settle for less food.

bike 12 minutes

yes safe describes the feeling very well

Less food is one thing, but try not to go too low on calories if you can. Perfect nutrition is a marvelous goal but it´s not important as long as you´re not consistently getting enough calories in you. Also: don´t forget to count the calories in the wine.
Great job keeping control of the beefaroni and ham!

1 cup beans 280
1 cup eggs 280 (turns out to be 4 large eggs)
4 cups beef 1104

the leslie 1 mile happy walk 15 minutes( i cant remember the exact title or minutes)
i did the whole thing

i hate to report such a bad day
after such a day as yesterday
where i managed both exercise and food
but

2 cups beans 560
2 cups stew 400
4 cups cheese 1320
2 cups meatballs 1000
2 cups hot chocolate 290
no exercise

i cant be hard about the no exercise tho
fighting another tooth absess and the pain

These things happen: we all fall down sometimes. The important thing is to get right back up, dust yourself off and get back to it. I´m sorry you´re struggling with your teeth. Fighting pain and staying on track anyway is HARD. And you´re doing it anyway. Big hug.
