Ok, that is a big day of eating. Not ludicrously so, but big enough that I wouldn't weigh in the morning to avoid frustration.
15 minutes bike
2 cups cottage cheese 480
2 cups shredded cheese 440
ham 210
happier with this day
15 minutes on the bike? That's a new record, isn't it?
I can understand that. It feels safer, doesn't it? But I think this way you're taking another step toward a normal eating pattern, which would be helpful in the long run. Changes are often a bit uncomfortable, even good ones.i liked the way i always knew how much
to have instead of always guessing

Less food is one thing, but try not to go too low on calories if you can. Perfect nutrition is a marvelous goal but it´s not important as long as you´re not consistently getting enough calories in you. Also: don´t forget to count the calories in the wine.i guess if i want to dump the bad
processed meats /foods i just have
to settle for less food.
