bluehats diary

did the 15 min. happy walk

it was very very hard today to do
the first time it has been
i suspect because im off the
pain pills from the infection
that now my legs hurt
or at least i can feel them
hurting
what another dam disappointment

todays my last day eating food off my
safe foods list
ive had this list for a few years and
i keep saying/thinking i can do this
i can beat this
but never do and just grow
fatter and sicker
and it wont affect my hunger
because it doesnt matter how much
or what i eat
im still hungry
no more lying to myself
i have to stick to the list
i dont see another way

:grouphug:
What is on your safe list? Are raw apples on it?
I have missed what your 15 min happy walk entails. Is it something specific that you follow? I like the sound of it. Walking makes me happy xo

it is on youtube and called
1.0 mile happy walk/walk at home/walking workout
by leslie sansone

my list is
vegetables

2 sausages 460 (the last of them)
3 salads (not sure how to figure the calories for the whole bags)

Everyone has to revise their plans sometimes, and often for unpleasant reasons. If something´s too hard right now that´s ok. It doesn´t mean it will be too hard forever. As one of my favorite people on FB always says: Now is not forever and forever is a load of crap. If you look back on the start of your diary - just a few months ago, you´ll see how much more in control you already are.

I hope your legs didn´t hurt too much after happy walking AND biking.

they did hurt
but at least was bearable
and i have been prescribed
some pain pills for exercise
but i rarely use them
hoping to get by without them
we can always hope

sloppy joes mix with no buns
lemon bars
carrot cake
at families
(cant ask for info. to note
the calories)

In those cases it can be helpful to note (for yourself) how much of each thing you ate. A golfball-sized amount of sloppy joes mixture? Tennisball? One lemon bar the size of a a Mars bar? And so on. Just to give yourself an idea of what a normal portion size for you looks like.

:D You must have chickpea salad coming out of your ears! But if it works for you...
Good job on the exercise.
