Good morning everyone! Jericho congrats on the 6 pounds! Mizzie and Boslo congrats to you too...2 pounds is a whole kilo gone! I am reporting the same weight this week at 183 pounds. I know why I didn't lose anything (sick with a cold...ate lots of soup...no gym/exercise). Pray for me that I get better and can set foot in the gym again this week!!! I hate seeing the scale stuck!

Good job guys! Can't wait to watch TBL tonight!
 
I had a big loss too down to 157.4 however I know it was mostly water weight so
I'm not that excited about it. I still have a ways to go to get back to my xmas weight. This challenge is helping me get there though so thanks guys!
Frances - I'm praying for you to get over your bug! I bet you are down but because of all the sodium in the soup it's not showing the loss. Next week will be your week I feel it!
So pumped for the show tonight - it's been soo long!

Morning everyone :) Checking in today at 226.4! My mini goal for the month is to drop 8lbs more to break out from the 220 tier!!
 
If the scale didn't move, just keep it up. As long as it isn't up (and sometimes up is good) and as long as you don't give up, you are still on the right path.

Weighed in this morning at 283.8. Down a meager 2 pounds, but I finally got out of my plateau AND I hit my monthly goal. So, even though I just made it, I am still right on track :coolgleamA:
 
Alright so I have a newbie question :):confused: I know weight updates need to be in by 5pm Tuesday - my weigh-in on another challenge is done on Sunday and i'm *really* trying to break my habit of weighing in every morning and getting bummed when the scale fluctuates... can I post my update earlier or just post Sunday's on Tuesdays? :newbie:


You are not the first person to ask. No problem, it's a good question.

Weights fluctuate during the week, so in order to be accurate, my preference is to take your weight on Tuesday to be in line with the rest of the challenge teams and the TV show.

However, There are a lot of people in this challenge and I don't want to add more work for myself by trying to keep track of weigh in days other than Tuesday.

That being said, take your weight on whatever day your weekly weigh in is, but post it on Tuesday so I don't have to go around searching for it in the thread a few days before or after. I'd appreciate that.

I have nothing to report. Okay, well, I went from 90.4kg to 90.3kg. That's 199.3lbs to 199.1lbs. A lousy .1kg/.22lbs. Eesh. Sorry Isabel for a lousy performance though I can't really see where I went wrong this week!

I'm not sure what my body thinks it's doing but losing weight seems to be among it's least urgent priorities!

I show you at 200.2 last week, so you lost 1.1 lbs! Great job!
 
My weigh-in for the week: 135lbs exactly. Yeahhh boiiii, full 2lb loss! In 4 days...kinda don't even wanna ask how that happened without exercise (knee injury) for fear of jinxing it!

Go team bronze!...Speaking of which, Rhearay, how are you going? You don't seem to have replied to your diary in a few days, hoping you're still around!

Great job Boslo! I have you starting weight as of last week at 136 from what you posted. Just wanted to make sure, since you are reporting a 2 lb loss here and I show 1 pound.

1 pound is still awesome! Way to go!
 
Ok back to the celebrating here people. As much fun as arguing is, it's not being supportive and celebratory about what we are doing here and I'd like to report some weight loss!

First weigh in on this challenge - 186.4!!

Actually it hasn't moved since Sunday but am down 3 pounds on last week. ( I was 189.4).

I'm gonna try and push really hard on exercise this week to get my weight loss up as high as possible. My aim is to hit 181 by the end of next week (the 13th) and I think I can do it if I really push.

I need to up my game to keep up with you! I can't seem to shift past the dumb 14stone or 90kg mark. I swear my body thinks this is all fun and games to see how many different sometimes silly looking exercises it can make me do to try to shift the weight!
