Alright so I have a newbie question I know weight updates need to be in by 5pm Tuesday - my weigh-in on another challenge is done on Sunday and i'm *really* trying to break my habit of weighing in every morning and getting bummed when the scale fluctuates... can I post my update earlier or just post Sunday's on Tuesdays?
I have nothing to report. Okay, well, I went from 90.4kg to 90.3kg. That's 199.3lbs to 199.1lbs. A lousy .1kg/.22lbs. Eesh. Sorry Isabel for a lousy performance though I can't really see where I went wrong this week!
I'm not sure what my body thinks it's doing but losing weight seems to be among it's least urgent priorities!
Well It's Tuesday for me in Aussie so before i head out to work here is my weight for the week.
2nd March: 109.5 KG (241.4 lb)

My weigh-in for the week: 135lbs exactly. Yeahhh boiiii, full 2lb loss! In 4 days...kinda don't even wanna ask how that happened without exercise (knee injury) for fear of jinxing it!

Weighed in this morning at 283.8. Down a meager 2 pounds, but I finally got out of my plateau AND I hit my monthly goal. So, even though I just made it, I am still right on track
I'm gonna try and push really hard on exercise this week to get my weight loss up as high as possible. My aim is to hit 181 by the end of next week (the 13th) and I think I can do it if I really push.
