Hi everybody...Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this. I am just getting use to this site so bare with me and my profile. lol I did my weigh in this am and I weighed 181.8. I was very happy to see this. Although last week I did my weigh in late afternoon...so thats why the big weight loss. Hoping my partner has a good week as well. p.s. how do you guys get the weight loss bar across the bottom of your profile?

Anyway I lost 3 lbs as well (to 186.4) so we're in a good place.

For the diet ticker , click on this link and set it up. Then put the link that it gives you in your signature.
 
Ok back to the celebrating here people. As much fun as arguing is, it's not being supportive and celebratory about what we are doing here and I'd like to report some weight loss!

im sorry but i gained 2 lbs week .at my daughters this week so I havent done anything. i know not excuse but been enjoying my time with my granddaughters. but i have to step it .so come on white team lets get slimmin down . Good luck everyone this week

Great job Boslo! I have you starting weight as of last week at 136 from what you posted. Just wanted to make sure, since you are reporting a 2 lb loss here and I show 1 pound.

1 pound is still awesome! Way to go!


Oh yeah you're right. For some reason I thought I was a bit heavier last week. I'll take one pound happily though!
 
Thought I did good this week, obviously not what the scales are telling me! Only lost .4 lb this week! :(

I lost half a pound... sorry Andy... next week we will kick some ass though! I was up to 139 last week though so technically I am down 2.5 pounds... should have thought about that and posted my bloated weight instead of my actual unbloated weight in the beginning. Grrr... I am not good at the game mentality yet!

I don't do halfpounds on my ticker though and the ticker has always been updated friday so confusingly enough my ticker will be showing my friday weigh ins.

Same here. I have an "it's not official until Friday" mentality. But I do weigh on Tuesday morning for this.

No worries Camy :p A loss is a loss!

I've learned you can't stress one week in this challenge, because its measured over the long haul. I really like that aspect. In fact, if I have a bad week, I use it as fuel to REALLY kill it next week! :p

Good job Camy on the half pound. Just to avoid confusion, I prefer people to put their actual scale weight for the weigh in, you can put pounds lost in addition, just so I don't have to make assumptions on what your weight is.

I am assuming you are weighing in at 136.5, and that's what I am putting down. Let me know if that isn't correct.

I used the above players weight from last week to post the scores.

I will update that number next Tuesday when I do the scores again, so any weight loss still counts towards the individual challenge.

Once I post the results, I will not update them until next week. So if you fail to weigh in on time, you will be lowering your team score.

Just in case anyone forgot, the deadline to weigh in is on Tuesdays by 5pm Pacific Standard Time, to have your weight loss count towards the weekly team totals.

If you can't weigh in timely, please PM me your weight the day before. Thanks!
