It's weird that I'm a grown ass woman yet my TOTM seems to surprise me every month.
Weight is going too slow for my liking now! However I did cheat on Saturday and had half a slice of bread - first time in 9 weeks!! Also had one sip of a milkshake and 2 blocks of Milky bar!! EEEEEEEKKKKKKK
Anyway, very little weightloss again. However started a more intense gym workout yesterday - so hopefully next week it will show!!
Last week 80.8kg (178lbs)
This week 80kg (176lbs)
Only 800g (2lbs) weightloss!
But I guess a loss is a loss, hey!
I see a lot of complaining though even when you are down on the scale so let's end that and celebrate all our victories!
You're right. I'm getting angry with myself because I made some bad choices yesterday. But any loss is a move in the right direction. Thanks for the butt-kick (even if it wasn't aimed at me in particular). ^_^
