My week isn't going so well either, so we'll be in the same boat on the weigh in I'm afraid! AH!
 
Hey guys sorry haven't been around much on the forums!

Had a pretty busy week with work and class, so sadly haven't lost much at all, but its better then gaining so it's something. :\

also doing some travel from the 11th till the 18th will be heading up to Canberra for my 21st birthday! and to see my lovely family and friends. So I'm doubtful I'll be able to weigh myself for the 16th but will be able to on the 18th hopefully thats ok. just giving you guys and my partner, Jericho a heads up!
 
Ugh. TOTM bloating = weight jumped to 185.6 and hasn't moved since Tuesday. Not really shocked because it should come down in the next week as it does every month but it may not move by tomorrow.

It's weird that I'm a grown ass woman yet my TOTM seems to surprise me every month.
 
No weight loss for me this week - but I have family staying and there's been a lot of big meals/ eating out so I know why. Hope to get back on the weight loss train for next week. Good luck to the everyone else weighing in...

Not as good as 7 but then I was sick during the 7. Of course my body is going to be doing some adjusting. 7 pounds is too much anyways. This is more normal and I'm happy with it :)
 
Weight is going too slow for my liking now! However I did cheat on Saturday and had half a slice of bread - first time in 9 weeks!! Also had one sip of a milkshake and 2 blocks of Milky bar!! EEEEEEEKKKKKKK:banghead:

Anyway, very little weightloss again. However started a more intense gym workout yesterday - so hopefully next week it will show!!

Last week 80.8kg (178lbs)
This week 80kg (176lbs)

Only 800g (2lbs) weightloss!

But I guess a loss is a loss, hey!

LOL! I'm so jealous :) If all I had to worry bout for cheating was your kinda cheat, I'd probably be doing better, haha! That kinda cheat is on the daily for me. REDIC.

Ugg, I weigh in at 208.2 this week.

That's only a 1.8 loss. I guess that's not horrible, but I was really hoping for 2+. Oh well, I did have my cheat day in there and I'm also coming up on my TOTM, so it makes sense. At least I'm still moving in the right direction.

What I'm most irritated about is that I've only lost .6 since my "official" weigh in last Friday. Last week I had lost 1.8 from Friday to Tuesday. *sigh*
 
Only good side of feeling horrible emotionally? Not feeling like food ever! I lost a pound and a half this week!! I am mighty proud of myself, I weigh 135 pounds and have now lost 30 pounds overall (and 2 since joining BL!)!

Oh well small things like these make me very happy and give me something to hang onto.

156 - down 1.4 so I'll take it! Good job so far by everyone! I see a lot of complaining though even when you are down on the scale so let's end that and celebrate all our victories!

You're right. I'm getting angry with myself because I made some bad choices yesterday. But any loss is a move in the right direction. Thanks for the butt-kick (even if it wasn't aimed at me in particular). ^_^

Hi Everybody! Great job! I weighed in at 178.5 this am...soooo happy to be out of the 180's. YAYYYYYY!!! Go Silver Team... I really increased my water intake this past week...it certainly paid off. I have given myself a goal to lose 8lb by easter. My reward..a new outfit:)

I am still just learning about this site, but I seem to get more familiar every time I am on. I am a mother of a very busy 8 mo old son, so I can only get on the site when he co-operates lol.

I have made a weight loss ticker...but it won't seem to let me copy and paste...still working on that.

My start weight on BL 185 - weight as of this am 178.5

Worked out HARD last night for my last chance workout! I think I sweat part of my brain out, because it really tested my limits (both physical and mental LOL)! Felt great though!


Seriously though, I am feeling the aftermath this morning! :troll:

Weighed in at 279.6 on the nose. Broke through a tier!

It wasn't aimed at anyone in particular but I'm glad you thought about it and decided to celebrate because it is a move in the right direction! About the bad choices - today is a new day! Do the best you can do today and forget about yesterday!!
 
I gained 2 lbs this week. my fault i was at my daughters i didnt do to bad eating wise . but i didnt excercise and i got lazy . but im very proud of my sister though sh e doing an awsome job so is her husband .but i will have a weight loss next week cause im gonna work really hard /..:party:
