Oh man! I can't believe I forgot to post this morning... I NEVER forget. Crazy...
Anyway, no change for me! Still 262. I've decided to not be sad about NOT losing, as long as there's no GAINING. Seems like a reasonable challenge :)

MJ: Ashley can't get into the forum for some reason, so she sent me her weight on FB for you to update: -1lb :)

I am missing the following weigh in's:

Make sure to still post your weigh in so we know you are still active in the challenge.


I used the above players weight from last week to post the scores.

I will update that number next Tuesday when I do the scores again, so any weight loss still counts towards the individual challenge.

Once I post the results, I will not update them until next week. So if you fail to weigh in on time, you will be lowering your team score.

Just in case anyone forgot, the deadline to weigh in is on Tuesdays by 5pm Pacific Standard Time, to have your weight loss count towards the weekly team totals.

If you can't weigh in timely, please PM me your weight the day before. Thanks!

Helloooo everybody! Apologies for being late, I have been in bed with the flu for 3 days and only up and running again today.

Firstly well done to all the "losers" keep up the good work.

My weightloss - which is surprising considering I've been on meds and sick, but not too much:

23/02/10: 81,5kg (180lbs)
02/03/10: 80.8 (178lbs)
Weight loss: 700g (2lbs)

Will try and do some cardio once my flu has cleared up totally!!!

Thought I did good this week, obviously not what the scales are telling me! Only lost .4 lb this week! :(

Previous Weight: 178.0 lbs
Current Weight: 177.6 lbs

Hey gal, sorry I haven't been emailing you - have been sick with flu.

Well done on the weight loss - although you think it's not a lot - it's something!

Keep it up and glad to see you are on a "losing" streak!
 
OMG :blush5: You are gonna KILL me!!! I had a lot of yuck :puke: in this past week, and I'm retaining salt and sugar and I'm at 158.5 lbs as of a late weigh in after dinner at the gym yesterday. :(

158.5- new :(
153.5- was last week.

So she's written an email to whoever... and hopefully it'll get fixed. But I'm going to be posting her weight for yesterday because she doesn't want to get kicked off :)

YAY!! It let me log in! I KNEW I didn't forget my password before. It was the Cookies. I couldnt log in for days. :S Sorry I missed my post on time guys. It was 251.4. Not off to a great start but not bad considering I had no time this week to excercise. Definately gonna step it up this week. Great job everyone !!

I just wanted to say....I'M BACK!!! I have become a sittup, CONSISTENCY machine over the past 4 days!!!

1000 sit ups yesterday (varied in different sets of 50!) CHECK!
Treadmill time -morning and night - CHECK!!
Visualizing my FIRM SKINNY ATHLETIC ASS :drool5:! CHECK!!!!
Eating healthy, and leaving out meats, fish, and chickens-CHECK!!!!
Drinking HOT lemon water Every Morning 2 cups-!!!CHECK!!!
Eating small portions-CHECK!!!!!!!
Drinking Cranwater -Home Made-Jaimaica or Jicama---to deflate the liver and cleanse-CHECKKKKKK!!!!!!!! :D!!!
....I am on a little WAR :reddevil: within myself NOW! ;)!!! CHECKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!! :smilielol5:!!!!

Guys, I have a sneaking suspicion that there will be no loss for me this week. I've been very good about my food, had a cheat day on Saturday (which for me is eating all of my exercise cals but not more than that) and have been doing well with working out but still no joy.

Sigh. I'll keep it up for Tuesday, but I have a sneaking suspicion it'll be a big FAT ZERO loss for me this week. Blech!

On a good note, I have had a lot of people notice, am now a size 16 (my nickname is 20to10 because I was a size 20Uk and want to get down to a size 10UK--that's size 18US down to a size 8US) but now I'm a 16UK so I should rename myself 16to10!!

Hope you are all having a great week and we'll see some big fat-smashing numbers this week!
