Kudos sheepy. Better than nothing. The workouts should boost your immune system a bit. Seemed like it did for me even though it sucked getting motivated while sick.
 
Yeah, I usually recover pretty quickly if I do some workouts while I'm sick. Then a cup of green tea and a round of penis tucks and I'm good to go.

Yeah I saw that...has been is exactly what he is...but then again, it is the Lions afterall...Kit didn't pan out...Orlovsky gets safeties by running out of the back of the endzone...why not give this geezer a chance?

no that was Dan Orlovsky that ran out of the end zone. The Lions chances of a perfect season are in jeopardy this week against Jacksonville.

I wish they would just play Drew Stanton give the young guy a chance. But they ****ing won't.

Yeah, if we can beat em, so can you all. They are just reeling, can't get their **** together at all. Not much running game outta Taylor and MJD.

I don't know why they won't play Stanton...at this point, might as well see what he's made of.

I'll be rooting for the Lions to lose. I want that 0-16 season. Might as well set a record in futility at this point.

I just can't believe we wasted our money on Culpepper. Since his knee injury he hasn't been the same.

Haha, you sound like my brother. Before we actually won a game, he kept saying he was rooting for the perfect 0-16 season. It would have to wake up some people in the front office and obviously piss off fans.

I thought that Culpepper pick up was bizarre, but I've seen stranger ****...guess they are just trying to patch up at QB and manage a few wins.

Yeah, okay, that was our one glimpse of hope...haha. Unfortunately, that was the game Palmer had his ACL ripped apart and we lost of Pitt. That was 05, we had an 11-5 year, it was fun...I forget what winning is like.

That the total weight, so 50s in each hand, then 60, 65, 70...and 10 steps total, so 5 per leg. My ass is sore today, haha.

Flat BB Bench

2 x 12 @ 135

I think I only matched what I did last time, kinda bummed, put in a lotta work.

Seated Row
1 x 5 @ 120
1 x 5 @ 160
2 x 5 @ 170
1 x 5 @ 160
1 x 8 @ 140
1 x 10 @ 120

Sweet, I just felt so good on the first 160 set, I knew I could do a couple at 170, new best. Also did a ton of work here.

So yeah, good stuff. Damn, I would love to get my bench up to reps at 205, and my rowing at reps of 190 or so before I start cutting...

Went to MMA today. Man i was f**ked, stepped it up a little from last time. This showed my fitness, i was sweating like a rapist on a roll.

Today consisted of:

-40mins or so of Equido. Practicing moves, locks, rolling, clinching, knee strikes etc..

-20mins or so of Boxing with the pads. This showed my lack of fitness, i was dead! We just practiced combos etc.

-Medicine ball circuit, Included back to back passing, OH Squats, all this twisting and pass the ball to each other. This f**ked me aswell!

-Finished off with a bit more equido and some stretching.

Were going to start going twice a week i think so should be good :D

Hey Tom, do you mean "Aikido"? I don't know what equido is ...
 
Just looked it up, yea its that spelling 'aikido' plus the trainer always goes on about Ueshiba and all these other japenese mofo's.

Oh and BTW, just for saying it...My whole core is killing me today, all my sides and back. Goooood sh1t.
