There was a little slacking going on. Just was doing so much over the weekend, didn't go on Sat. as I was hoping to. Then Sunday I played football for hours and my elbow and shoulder joints were all kinda F-ed up. Good thing all this training helps...:azzangel:

Yessir, that's part of the reason I am able to get 8 on my first set. It's just that after that, my arms are swole and just pooped, and the sets after that, I pretty much hit the wall at about 5 or 4, and squeezing out another is just not gonna happen.

I made great progress for the first few weeks of doing lots of pullups/chinups, but have since kinda gotten stuck at doing 7-8 first set, 5-6 second, then 3-5 for the last 2 or 3 sets. I wanted to get over 10. Maybe once I switch and cut 20 lbs of fat, I will get better.

And yea well done with the OH pressing.

Ill be training tonight, havent trained in 4-5 days. Still not feeling 100% but im ready to train. Today ima go with a bit less weight and a few more reps i think. Im also going to do more of pyramid sets. Start light, go heavy, finish light.

Hahahaa, yeah man, fat bastard is exactly what I'm at. It's funny though. Yes, I'm stronger, yes I've gained 27 pounds, but I guess because I'm so damn tall, I hide it well. I look at myself and don't see a much bigger person. That might be because I now have more fat covering everything up, I don't know. Anyhow, I think I'm still planning on going up to 230-235, then doing a wicked cut and burning off fat like it's goin outta style.

I'm still a fat bastard and I'm still cutting. What a frustrating process.

Whats funny is I've noticed gains in my arms, legs, and lats. I feel my core getting much stronger but can't lose the belly fat to save my ass. I lose a couple pounds then I gain a couple. Not sure if I'm burning fat off then gaining muscle or what the hell is going on. I'm 6'-3" so I really don't want to lose much more weight but want the fat gone. Its a ****ing paradox.
 
With me, im 227lbs but if you looked at me i dont look fat at all. Ideally id love to drop to 200lbs. At 6'2" that would be good. Then i would go on some huge bulk.

Going to have to restart the cardio now, since iv been ill. Then ill get back on track. Some one at my work whos a long distance runner, he runs enough marathons etc well he's gave me a heart rate monitor. So i can track how many calories iv burnt etc.

I feel ya. I know how the fat loss process goes, BTDT a couple times. It's almost like you are losing the fat, but it doesn't look like it at all. After a good 15-20 pounds though, I eventually started seeing things go way down. But I was so freaking scrawny, I weighed 182 at 6'4'' and still looked "flabby". It truly is frustrating, and a paradox if ever there was one.

I know what you mean. I'm 5 pounds behind you, and I don't look fat. In fact, I still have people tell me I'm slim...WTF...I guess that's okay. Last time I bulked, by the time I broke 210 pounds, my face was fat, belly was bigger than now...so I suppose it's good that I learned and have made more muscle gains than fat gains this time around.

I'm with you though, soon enough, I'm thinking 1-2 months longer, I will hopefully be at 230-235, even stronger, and ready to cut to like 200.

The 1x10 @ 132lbs was so easy, felt like i could of repped 20. Shows how iv come on, because about 6 months ago, i think 9 reps was my highest with that weight.

The 165lbs i should and could of done much better. My right arm went and f**ked it up. Otherwise id of got another 2 or so..

Well got day off work today. My chest is f**ked, coughing like f**k. It showed in the gym as it took so long to recover, and i could hardly breathe. So lifts were not upto scratch. However still had a decent workout.

Well the weight was no problem at all. These squats were also well below paralell and i was really happy with my form. Going to progress at a steady rate. Knee's are almost better, still feel a bit uncomfortable sometimes but they are improving.

Should of done better really. But i couldnt breathe at all from my cough. Also it was one of those days where your mind feels weak and tired. And days like that, youve got no chance of full potential. I believe on a good day i could get 6 pullups from a neutral grip.
