Big T & MMW: To Keep Lean & Stay Mean ;)

Just looked it up, yea its that spelling 'aikido' plus the trainer always goes on about Ueshiba and all these other japenese mofo's.

Oh and BTW, just for saying it...My whole core is killing me today, all my sides and back. Goooood sh1t.

you'll like that. Kraken is a master of aikido. Been quite a few years but I could still kick some ass if I needed to. LOL

I need to learn something like that someday...

Nice lifts MMW.

You do a few different routines a week don't you? I tried that but didn't think I was getting the results I wanted.

Thanks man, I'm actually feeling strong...first time in my life.

Yeah man, I pretty much mix it up every time I lift. The ONLY factor I pay attention to is the previous numbers. So for whatever lift, if I lifted X last time I did em, I want to try to lift X+5.

I just pool from all the lifts and mix em together, always making sure to do a big lower (DL, squat, or lunge) and then push, pull, push, pull...

since I went back to my original strategy of switching up every 6 weeks or so I feel like its working better.

Everyone is different and you have to find what your body responds to through trial and error.
