Then tried to do some skullcrushers, which I hadn't done in ages, but my elbows hurt so I said **** it. Meh, nothing great, but I'm glad I'm finally doing over 200 for a few reps on pressing...I won't be satisfied till I'm doing 225 for 5 full reps, and on the flat bench...
 
Was pleased with what we achieved today in a way. Went for a 220lbs Flat Press, after arms were tired and i basically got it, it was just midway through the rep i slowed down but my mate said he hardly had 2 touch the bar and reckon i could of probably got it on my own. SH1TTTTT.

The heavy negatives took it ALLLLL out of me. Im sure if i straight away went for the 220 id of got it. It doesnt add up though, if i only got 2 with 198. Hmmmm only way ill know is by finding out and trying this sh1tttt.

2x8ish (38.5lbs) Id of probably got 2x10 but some f**ker did a loud fart LMAO and my mate started pissing himself so i did and i couldnt stop. LMAO was funny as f**k.

Lifting heavy, like near 1rm heavy proper does micro tear the f**k outta your muscles. Iv noticed when i go max im sore as f**k the next day.

I only get sore when I change it up for the first couple weeks. Like right now my hams are sore as **** from the DL's but by next week they won't be.

My obliques are sore today too. My arms NEVER get sore. I don't get it.
 
Was weak as f**k today, think iv noticed its because iv had no carbs hardly. The only carbs iv had is from fruit and veg.

Just slapped some carbs down me now, wholemeal spaghetti with mince and sauce. Will need it for tomorrow.

I f**king loved this, was so taxing on my whole body and it went nice and smooth. I think im going to start doing these, definately increase weight next time.

Another good thing is im down in weight!! -5lbs!! Im now 222lbs :D Under 16stone!

I thought I had posted in here about it...it was a trip for work stuff...was fun, and our suppliers/vendors paid for all our drinks and food. Awesome.

I am back on track today, gonna lift tonight. I'm getting to the point where this might have to end, I'm just getting chunky. I've made nice strength/muscle gains, but I've gain a fair amount of fat and it shows. I just hate cutting...2400 cals, no strength gains...gah. Gotta happen soon though.
