Then I ran, which I am improving on quickly. I ran for 20 minutes, but did it at a quicker pace so I got in 2.5 miles.
 
Is it me or is there improvments on the OH Pressing?

I didnt go yesterday which isnt good. Im definately going tonight. Was just sooo tired yesterday, got an earlyish night in.
 
Yeah, my OH pressing eventually improved to where it is now. I'm glad I haven't dropped off at all, even though I'm eating much less now. I think I'm happy with 125 4 times...can't wait to bulk up again in a couple months and get even better. What is your OH BB pressing numbers? I do mine standing too btw.

I'm gonna go again tonight. It's aight to take a night off, especially if you caught up on sleep, ya know?
 
Mine numbers arent much different, i think they are about 132x4. Im sure i can do better though. I dont really test it much. I can do 121x8 seated as well.

Maybe i need to find out.

Didnt have time for cardio my mate had to rush.

Im a bit concerned that this week is not going to be a weight loss week. Reason being, i missed out cardio last night, i ate and drank loads at the weekend and im going out with work tomorrow night, so wont be able to workout.

So tonight im going to have to work harder than a horse trying to fit its penis into a gerbil, and iv got friday off so ima also work hardcore then!! Plus im nearly skint so i probably wont be out this weekend!
 
Good stuff man, I wish I could do 220 pounds for reps. Even at the tail end of my bulk, I could only manage a real shaky 225 for 5 reps. That's good stuff, even if it isn't your best. But yeah, I hear you...there's always crap going on that makes it hard to stick to my diet plan...I've got lots of work lunches and dinners coming up, and of course Christmas, New Years...it's gonna be a rough month. I really hope I can persevere and keep making progress. So far, I'm still at like 224, so I guess I'm down 3 pounds which is okay...cutting sucks d1ck.

Yesterday, I did a little dip and pullup superset combo, along with just a couple sets of squats.

I didn't do a whole lot, because I was sore as shiz from Monday. Not to mention I did a spinning class for 45 minutes after the squats, nice way to burn a bunch of cals. Good stuff. Gonna go today and do some sprinting/running.
 
Nice work.

Pullups will start getting easier though soon, as you drop weight. You know this. So just imagine how many you'll be able to do as you bulk again!
 
Yesterday, ran for 48 minutes, there was a few minutes of walking thrown in, I still don't have my endurance up to par. I still got in 5 miles of distance though. My knees were really sore, just like a deep feeling in the joints. I figured it would go away with a good night of sleep, but today they are still sore in the joint. I ****in wanna go lift and run, but I don't know if my knees are up for it.

be careful with your kness man. Tom will want you on them and they need to be healthy.
 
Right, I havent posted my training for a while. I think Wednesday was chest/tri's - poor session thats all ill say.

Friday, i had a good session :D Highlights were i got back to Deadlifting without no problems! I did:

1x5 (132lbs)
1x5 (220lbs)
1x5 (264lbs)
1x5 (176lbs)

Also a good warmup with the bar. Felt good, will go heavier now. Iv never tried DLin over 308lbs. I know i easily could but iv never tried. So im going to see what i can really do in a few weeks :D

My other highlight from this session was my Seated BB OH Press

1x10 (99lbs)
1x8 (132lbs) -7
1x8 (121lbs) -7

Never got 7 with 132lbs! Was happy :D

I did other sh1t that session but its not worth posting!
