Got upto 132lbsx8 with lunges. Legs are sore today

Thats the thing, i didnt dare weigh myself at the weekend. Cardio has been slightly lower over the past week. Not brilliant i know. I WILL get back on track. Tomorrow will be a hurdle i have to leap as im going out drinking for our 'works xmas party'.
Plus next week, at work we have an 'xmas fuddle' which is where everyone has to bring in a food of your choice! So for like 3 days theres going to be so much nice, high calorie foods in front of me!!!

Well well well, talk about slacking! I have been slacking like f**k!
Eating has been poor (the last 4 days), i went out clubbing thursday, friday and saturday nights!!! I did train friday day, worked my back/biceps primarly. Also i did a sh1tty FBW at home on Saturday because i felt so guilty!
Today diet is back on track, im guessing im back at step 1 with my weight loss. Im not even going to look at my weight for another week or so.
Good points are that i f**ked two different women this weekend, friday night and saturday night Shows that im back on form. But thats the only highlight i suppose! Feeling tired today!
