Yesterday i did a bit of a FBW. Lifts included Flat DB Press, Lunges, Curls..

Got upto 132lbsx8 with lunges. Legs are sore today ;)

So I didn't really do **** all weekend. My knees are not well, just feels painful deep in em, like joint or ligament wise. I am able to lift, but any impact, aka running, and it's just not happening. To be honest, even after 3 days off, they don't feel ready. This sucks, but I remember coming off my last bulk, having not run for awhile, my ankles gave me fits too, so I guess my body is adjusting. I hope I can look back in a month and be pain free and tearin it up...until then I guess I'll do what I can.

Since I don't want to aggrivate my knees in the least way, I just hopped on the elliptical for 20 minutes. It wasn't so bad really, very easy on the joints, and with some resistance added on, I worked up a nice sweat.

Weight is down to 222. Can't wait to dip into the teens and keep on dropping nasty blubbs.

Thats the thing, i didnt dare weigh myself at the weekend. Cardio has been slightly lower over the past week. Not brilliant i know. I WILL get back on track. Tomorrow will be a hurdle i have to leap as im going out drinking for our 'works xmas party'.

Plus next week, at work we have an 'xmas fuddle' which is where everyone has to bring in a food of your choice! So for like 3 days theres going to be so much nice, high calorie foods in front of me!!!

Its going to be hard.

Haha, dude it sounds like our schedules are carbon copies. I don't like to weigh myself after a bad weekend, I'm always afraid I have ballooned up 8 pounds...I have my work's xmas party not tomorrow, but Friday, and it's at a Italian place no less. Pastas galore, and free bar. I'm hoping to just tap into the booze and only eat some chicken and veggies...we'll see how that goes. :D And then next week, we also are having a xmas potluck, everybody is bringing stuff in, and like you, it will be high calorie crap that tastes sexy, but is horrible for me...so it's gonna be rough for me as well. We will persevere brother.

Thanks man, I was pleased with the DLs. Could be better though. I think my knees are just giving me fits because I just started running again a couple weeks ago...they weren't used to it at all, so it kinda traumatized them. I think they are getting better, I should pull out of it soon and be able to run many miles per week!
 
Yesterday I was stupid and ran a mile, shouldn't have. My knees are crusty, wtf. Still did some cardio for an extra 40 mins, low impact.

Eating has been poor (the last 4 days), i went out clubbing thursday, friday and saturday nights!!! I did train friday day, worked my back/biceps primarly. Also i did a sh1tty FBW at home on Saturday because i felt so guilty!

Today diet is back on track, im guessing im back at step 1 with my weight loss. Im not even going to look at my weight for another week or so.

Good points are that i f**ked two different women this weekend, friday night and saturday night :D Shows that im back on form. But thats the only highlight i suppose! Feeling tired today!

LOL, yea i wanna settle down. Just im picky with gf's. The lass who i got with Friday wants to get with me, but shes below my standard, i know that sounds bad but i cant help how i feel. Bad thing is iv sort of led her on by saying f**ked up sh1t when im drunk.

So you've been eatin like ****, huh? I've had it rough as well, and going to Benihana's for Japanese hibachi steak, chicken, and fried rice with co-workers today....oh boy.

Anyhow, I lifted on Saturday and did some junk. It was flat DB Press, squats, and Seated Rows. I don't remember what I lifted though, oh well. I think I did some ellipticalling afterwards too.

Glad your knee's are feeling better man. Iv noticed a lot of your workouts now consist of like 3 big lifts, am i right? Good job anyway!

Yesterday i had an ok session on legs:

1x6 (220lbs) -should & could of done more
1x10 (132lbs)

Enjoyed these, i think ill be squatting 308x5 soon enough, not ready yet as the last rep of 264 i struggled! I think i need some new footwear when squatting/deadlifting also, as iv got running shoes with a high, cushioned sole, when i think it would be better to have flat soled footwear for stability.

Ive also found out that, the Barbell used for the Incline BB Press is actually 55lbs (25kg) So when ive done incline BB Press iv been under by 11lbs! I wondered why i was so poor on it. :D

A problem is that im struggling to do dips now, my collar bone and shoulders hurt, so i think im going to stop them. Did a few sets of pushups also.

Another thing is that im fat again, i can even see it. Not going to weigh myself for a while.

Also with My pressing workouts, its now time to switch from Flat BB & Inc DB >>>>> to Flat DB & Incline BB. Im doing 6 weeks with both of these.
