Thanks man, yeah it was a lot of DLing. My lower back is sore as d00 d00 today.

I know all about those weak days, I had em all last week! It sucked, I was glad to finally have a kickass day. No worries man, you'll beat it up next time you lift.
 
Yesterday I ran/walked. I would have strictly run, but after some of the sprints, I was trashed and had to walk to catch my breath. Anyhow, I ended up going a little over 3.5 miles, 3 quarter mile sprints (9 mph isn't really sprinting, but in my current condition it is), and a lot of just 6-7 mph SS running. Good times.

you're giving them too much credit. I'm guessing 38-13. I hope they go 0-16 shooting for the perfect season. If they are gonna suck they might as well suck on an unprecedented scale.

Rest day yesterday, i wanted to go but my body was exhausted from lifting on 3 consecutive days.

Anyway iv invested in a new supplement, also iv changed my protein brand, 45g per serving.

The new supplement is called Formadrol Extreme, branded by LG Sciences. They specialise in a lot of prohormone supplements. The supplement im taking aims to increase testosterone by blocking Estrogen.

Some people use them when coming off steroid cycles etc.

Although with products like this, i do have a level of scepticism. But me and two lads i train with thought 'f**k it' and bought some. You can take between 2-4 capsules daily, im just starting with 2, and says take for no longer than 8 weeks and it claims sex drive will be increased.

Im game for a lot of things so well see if it has any affect. Started taking it 2 days ago, im stacking it with creatine aswell.

Im not sure if im placebo'ing but i had 3 f**king boners on the bus today and im more horny than usual :D

I trained primarly my back on friday before i went out, but hurt my wrist pulling. So i had to stop. I had a very half assed session Saturday morning from going out Friday night.

Had a hectic weekend, went out Friday and Sat. Sat night ended up stopping in a hotel with 2 girls, me n my mate and we swapped over LOL. Loved it. He's a dirty f**ker so now i f**king hope iv not caught anything! Iv only just got rid!

Feel sh1t today, gotta get back on track now. Im also down to 219lbs. Havent been this light for over a year i reckon. Im slowly but surely losing. After this mad weekend i feel bad though, all those extra calories wont have helped at all!

LMAO, is it not like that over there? Everybody just f**ks over here. Its not too hard to go on a night out and get some sex.

Ill admitt, this time my mate found em and rang me, because we lost each other at the end of the night. I was waiting for a taxi but when he rang i was straight there so we got a hotel and job done. I needed it, it was about 5 weeks without sex before that!

Gotta get my roll going again :D
