Friday Food:
- 2 pizza pops - 500 cals/45 carbs
- tuna salad - 225 cals/4 carbs
- 1 grilled cheese sandwich (w/real cheese!) - 350 cals/25 carbs
- ~20 baked fries - 275 cals/45 carbs
Total: 1350 cals/119 carbs

hum, went over both today... need to be much more careful tomorrow!

You don't have pizza pops there? Goodness, how do I describe them? Um, do you know what a calzone is? Kinda like a pizza folded in half and sealed shut. A pizza pop is a really really tiny version of this, suitable for microwaving for a single meal - real popular hear for kids' lunches. They come in all the standard pizza flavours. I think either Pillsbury or General Mills makes them, I can't remember the brand.
 
Ok, I think I am getting it. We have hot pockets here that are like that and smaller nibble size things called pizza rolls. Guess it's the same concept. I thought you were talking popsicles at first, lmao.
 
Hey Beagle! Wow, your Josh sounds like a good motivator for you. I don't know if I could handle it, but it would be good for me to have a voice of strength around when I am feeling like a slacker. hehe

Sorry to hear about your fish! I'm so glad you told me that, my sisters fish are experiencing the same thing right now. One already died, she said they are bloated with their scales poking straight out, I thought perhaps they were constipated! lol I'll give her a call and tell her to get some meds for the poor one that is left.

I hope your sister's fish makes it MJ, most of the sites I looked at said that once the infection gets to the bloating phase the damage is often irreversable... I think I was just incredibly lucky (and am a bit nervous about maybe going home and finding poor Captain dead anyways).

I'll admit, sometimes Josh being such a 'strong voice' gets kind of tiring, but only because I know he's right and I'm more irritated at myself than him!

- 1 bacon and egg mcmuffin - 400/30 carbs
- chicken and salad - 400/25 carbs
- 5 tiny peices of watermelon - 200/30 carbs
Planned:
- chicken noodle soup - 200/21 carbs
Estimated Total: 1200 cals/106 carbs

Well Captain has returned to normal size, which is good, but his colour is still off and he's still not eating :( The medication I got for him is a 5 day treatment though and I'm only half through, so there's still time!

As for me, today is going to be another bad day, we're having chinese food. I'm going to try and stick to the veggies as much as possible, and only have a little bit of the meat and noodles. No rice for sure, since I don't really like it that much anyways :p

Food so far:
- yogurt cup: 100/22 carbs
- orange: 90/20 carbs
- small mcD's fries 200/26 carbs
- whole grain crackers - 180/26 carbs
Total: 570 calories, 94 carbs

Ugh, this is not going to finish well, carb-wise :( At least I should be able to salvage my calories for the day.

Well, off to the gym! I'm sticking to eliptical and bike so that I can study at the same time. Smart, huh!
 
As best I can tell, I finished yesterday about 1500 cals and 160 carbs. I overestimated where I wasn't sure though. Got in 30 mins on the eliptical and 20 on the bike, but they were both kind of slow-going since I was studying at the same time.

Speaking of which, I need to get on the bus for an exam! Wish me luck :)
 
Monday's Food:
- 6" chicken parmigian sub from Subway: 350/60
- 3 perogies - 250/30
- 1 peice keilbasa - 150/2
- handful of stone ground crackers - 100/13
- 4 small chicken strips - 200/10
- 1/2 cup of rice - 100/18
Total: 1150 calories/133 carbs
 
So the exam yesterday went okay but I'm not expecting a spectacular (or even good) mark. I stayed up way too late trying to cram more info into my head, and then got terrible sleep all night, so I walked into the exam on effictively 4 hours of sleep. Couldn't focus at all! I would be surprised to get 75% on that test :(

ick, four hours!! I've only been getting about six lately, and its kickin my bootay!! Hope you get a better nights rest tonight, and have a great day tomorrow!
 
Oh man you better believe I slept better last night... I think I got like 10 hours or so, and would have gone longer if it weren't for the fact I have stuff to do today!

Tuesday's Food:
- peanut butter and banana sandwich - 450/60
- Quizno's small steak sub - 400/50
- small cup of Quizno's broccoli soup - 70/9
- cup of fat free pudding- 90/20
- half of a serving of fries & cheese - 350/60
Total: 1360 calories/199 carbs
 
Geez, I keep forgetting to keep track of my workouts here!

Tuesday Workout:
- 30 mins treadmill (3:2 walking:jogging) - 175 cals
- 25 mins biking - 300 cals
- 15 mins brisk walk - 75 cals (had to walk part of the way home)
Total Calories Burned: 550
 
Weighed myself this morning and found i was at 183.8! When I went to update my tracker it just cut off the decimal, and put 183... I think I'll keep it that way for now, it looks much nicer ;) Finally got around to doing my measurements, I've lost another 5 or 6 cms all around too - though the biggest loss was off of my thighs, like 2cm each! All my cardio has been centered on my legs so I'm not entirely surprised. Belly and hips went down a little too :)

This coming week, I'm not sure if it'll be harder or easier to keep up the diet since I don't have any school to keep me busy all day, but I also don't have a food court very close to my house. Either way, I'll have to be careful. I've been slacking the past little while with exams and studying and such, but now I'm done, and I have no excuse! Next term doesn't start for a week and a half, so I am going to try and push myself EXTRA HARD next week!
 
You seem to be really motivated so I think that you will be ok with this comming week. You seem like a determined person. I just discovered slim-a-bear ice creams and I am in heave. Keep up the good work!;)
 
I'm not going to be home tomorrow morning so my weigh-in will be tuesday morning. Its been pushed back quite a lot lately!

Over the next week, since I have no school I have no excuse to not do the following (many of which I have been very slack about):
- AT LEAST 2L of water a day
- 3 days of at least 1 hour of cardio
- 3 days of at least twenty minutes of ab work
- NO MORE than 1300 calories a day
- NO MORE than 100 grams of carbohydrates a day
- Posting in my own journal at least once a day
- Posting at least five posts a day in threads other than my own journal

This is going to be STRICT WEEK!! *whip* ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AM I TO CHEAT OR BEND THE RULES. :mad:
