Friday food:
2 eggs and toast - 350
rice krispie square - 90
peanut butter and honey sandwich - 300
Few :)() slices of pizza - 900
Total - 1640

I did an unofficial weigh in today, and the scale came up 195 - with my pyjamas on! Last time I weighed myself that's what it was while completely naked. I think I'll be able to meet my 2lb goal this week :D

Saturday food:
Leftover pizza - 300

Dang, only 9:30 and I've already gone through two bottles of 3/4L water... half my daily goal! I also feel really groggy today. Since I had to work at 7 this morning, I took some nighttime cold medicine to knock me out, and I think I may have overdone it. On the bright side, I don't have a stuffy nose!! (not that I did before...)

Edit: this is turning out to be a crappy day for food quality.

Hey Beagle! Just stopping in to check on you! Sorry I haven't been around but If you read my diary you would have read where my dh was home for two weeks driving me crazy! That is a great idea about the schedule thing! Looks like your doing great with your food and weight loss!
 
I so badly need some caffine... I'm not sure if I should get a diet pop or not. I mean, I haven't had any pop at all in like three weeks, one won't hinder me that bad, will it?

Also, NewLeaf, if you read up a little bit, I mentioned that I've been staying up until 4 am most nights the past couple week. I had to be up at 5am this morning, and by 10pm I just wasn't feeling tired at all, so I had to do something! On the plus side, I'll be able to get into a fairly normal sleep schedule fairly quickly now.
 
I measured myself last night... my waist is bigger than my breasts, and that really disappoints me. I've started tracking my measurements in the same excel file that I track my weight in (I even got a nifty graph so that I can see my progress!). I'm hoping that most of my weight lost will be on my belly and only a little bit on my breasts because I kind of like the attention cleavage gets me (and I used to have that attention even before I gained all this weight).

I remember a couple summers ago when I lost like 25lbs, almost none of it came off my breasts. Didn't even have to buy new bras, they were only a little looser.

Anyways, Sunday Food:
Fries - 300
Perogies with a bit of mustard - 250
lasagna with garlic bread - 700
banana - 100

Oh hey girl! I was only teasing about the cold medicine, no offense intended! :) I totally understand the late nights and needing to get back into a regular sleeping routine! :) I swear, working and school ahh they can really get you mixed up!

Diet sonds like its going great! :) As for "where" you are losing weight, if you've donet hat before and kept most of your breast size, I'm willing to bet it will happen again! :) When I drop weight, its one of the latter places that I lose it, so best of luck!! ;)
 
No worries, I didn't take offense, I thought maybe one of us missed something the other said, so I wanted to be sure you didn't think I just take cold medicine for the fun of it (ever seen that South Park episode?) ;)

School starts tomorrow! I have to remember to pack a lunch and bring my water bottle! Oh, and I should bring my notebook too. :D

Ah yes school, I actually miss college. Thinking of going back to grad school myself. I hope you have a great week back!! :)
 
Well crap, I haven't budged this week for my weigh-in :( Still 195. I really need to get back on track!

I think maybe this stagnation is because I haven't been in school, because I don't do as well with any goals unless I'm in a moderately structured setting so that I can only do certain things at certain times.

We shall see...
 
I'm sorry girl, I'm struggling to, its just a bad time of year i guess? Anyways, we'll get through it, just keep movin!
 
yes it is a bad time of year - especially in cold climates!
i am treating today as a new start i hope you feel more enthusiastic today hun - i have been feeling blahhhhh for a while now but the kids are bakc at school today and i think it does motivate you more when u get back into a routine
 
There's also the fact that I always feel really awkward eating in class, so I have to wait for my break to do so. Therefore, no more boredom eating throughout the day ;)

Monday Food:
Bowl of corn pops - 150
pasta salad - 100
lasagna - 500
pizza pops - 500
rice krispy square - 90
Total - 1340

Water - 100oz (3L)

Exercise - about 20 minutes @ 11pm (I'd had a headache all night and just didn't have the mental energy to do the full 45 I usually do :()

Tuesday Food -
Breakfast: bowl of cornpops (150), rice krispie square (90), medium banana (100) - 340
Lunch: 6" chicken bacon ranch sub - 530
Dinner: ham and swiss sub - 400
Snack: frozen fruit bar - 100

Water: 75 oz (2.25L)

Exercise: none yet - 30 mins on the bike, and then FH distracted me another work out...

I've also decided that this summer I'm going to treat myself to this: . I was going to say I'll do it when I hit 180lbs, but the sad truth is that there is no way I can work it into my schedule before this term ends. If all goes well I'll be around 160lbs by then :D

Beagle, if you wait for the right time to do something you really want to do you will never do it. Thats what mama always told me and i have to agree :) So enjoy your pole dancing classes, they sound like a lot of fun!! :D

GREAT JOB!!! How did you drink that much water?!?!?!?! :eek: And how many trips did you take to the bathroom? I have been struggling to drink 2L, plus I hate making a trip to the potty every few minutes. LOL:cool:
 
I have a bottle that holds ~25oz, and I just make sure to drink 3-4 of them a day.

I have to pee about once an hour. :(
 
WOW! Beagle I am SO impressed with your water intake!! I'm just barely getting down my first 24oz bottle of water, and I've already hit the bathroom twice, granted I am consuming this pretty quickly. You'll motivate me to keep up the water!
