Okay, starting today, I am back on track! Don't have any new years parties or anything to go to so I should be okay.
Tuesday food:
small turkey and stuffing sandwich - 250
bowl of rice - 200
another sandwich - 250
I also haven't been home for the past few days, and won't be until late tonight, so I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and cross my fingers for not too much weight gain.
Last night I went for a very long walk with FH... think it ended up being nearly two hours, but it was a very leisurely walk... it was just so unseasonally warm out we had to get off our tushes So far as I can tell, it was about 500 calories burned.
