I fluctuated between 179 and 180 towards the end of the week and into the weekend but I'm right on track so it feels great!

Well, hate to go on about hormones, but GRR! Hate 'em! I got down to 81.6 - woah - but now I'm back up. A loss is still a loss though, so it's... all... okay... ;)

ugh, frusterated today...stepped on the scales and it said I GAINED 3lbs overnight...nope!! not possible!! **throws scales through the window**

Cannot believe I'm doing this in public!

Diet began about 10 weeks ago at probably 150 but I did not have a scale so don't know exactly. Ultimately my goal is 125 within the next 3 months - so about 10 lbs to go but the really, really hard ones. So for this month let's say I would be thrilled to be at 133 (3 lb loss).

I'm trying different motivation techniques. This will be one of them!

I'm happy just at maintaining this weight which is quite low for me. My BMI is 20.7. But I would just like to lose that last bit of extra chub. Maybe have to re-think this to 1lb per month for the next 10 months. I'm thin anyway and plan to stay that way- so there should be no rush. Interested to play out the rest of this challenge and see where it gets me. I'm not doing ANY weigh-ins between the dates listed. But I do take a photo every other day and have been doing so for three months. That seems to keep me going. Love this site and use it for on-going motivation.
