I want to lose more then 10 though I figured 10 seems reasonable considering my last 2 1/2 weeks I lost almost 10. Hopefully it will be more, but 10 I will be perfectly happy with :)'

Starting weight lifting before the end of the month pretty pumped to do that :)

Hi buddies! I would've jumped straight on here August 1st, but I've been away. Loving the forum at the moment and all you incredible weight-loss machines!

Expecting my weight loss to be slower now that I've hit the elusive healthy BMI. I'm still just sticking with my plan of being very conscious of the food I eat and trying to be as healthy as possible. Plus who know, I might get preggers... and then I might get kicked out of here!

Goal: 80kg, though I think more realistically it will be 81.
 
Well I haven't posted on this forum in FOREVER... but now is as good a time as any! When I logged back on I was still a part of the "Club 190s", so it was sort of fun to unsubscribe from that! I'm a little late, but I weigh basically every day (yes, I know, and input it into my phone...its my little secret obsession!) so I will put in August 1st's numbers and we'll see how the rest of the month goes.

Goal = To get into the 160s!!!! I would be thrilled.

I'm a few days late in entering this challenge, but I did weigh myself on the 1st so at least I have a starting weight :)

I'm excited to be back to the forums and doing this challenge. This challenges always helped me stay on track!

Weigh-ins are weekly, not on a specific day. You decide when your weigh-in day is.

For example, I started on August 1st. So my weigh-in is on the 7th, and every 7th day thereafter until the end of the month.

I make a distinction between the challenge weigh-in and my personal official weigh-in day, but you don't have to, only you are accountable for your progress on the challenge and when you weigh-in to record your weekly weight.

yea, we're pretty flexable around here, as long as your weighing in and trying to reach your personal goal, we're happy :D

i've personally had an "off week" but I think i might still lose SOMETHING by the end of the week. I'm gonna step it up though, no cheating, no excuses!!
