Any extra motivation can't be bad! My goal is to be as close to 140 pounds as possible by the end of august! When I first began I was 188 pounds and my overall goal would be 9 and a half stone (135 pounds) Lets get going!

Started my weight loss journey mid-June, dropped 10 pounds, then hovered back and forth for a week, starting back down now...ready for a challenge.

I've never done one of these before either. August is a nice long month too, eh?! I'm about 2 weeks into my no-diet diet, and it's going well. I've lost on average about 2-3 lb and dumped a whole load of bad eating habits into the bargain (comfort, boredom, binges, etc.). I am continuing my race training too. I hope this challenge will keep me motivated & on track.

My goal by the end of August would be as close to 150 lb as possible, with my sanity in tact (or as in tact as it'll ever be).

A healthy BMI in August

My goal this month is to get a BMI = 25 (meaning 150 lb)

This is my 6th week of losing weight, I started on June 25th at 169 lb. My final goal is 128lb and a BMI of 21.3 by March 2012.
 
Ok last weigh day was on July 26th so il go with that as my start weight as i weigh myself every tuesday

Cannot believe I'm doing this in public!

Diet began about 10 weeks ago at probably 150 but I did not have a scale so don't know exactly. Ultimately my goal is 125 within the next 3 months - so about 10 lbs to go but the really, really hard ones. So for this month let's say I would be thrilled to be at 133 (3 lb loss).

I'm trying different motivation techniques. This will be one of them!

Hi everyone. Had I seen this earlier, I'd have weighed in on Monday too, but I didn't so I didn't.
So I'll just stick with my Thursday weigh ins.

My goal for August? Just to achieve weight loss at every weigh in. Preferably a good chunky weight loss. :D
