I've never done one of these before either. August is a nice long month too, eh?! I'm about 2 weeks into my no-diet diet, and it's going well. I've lost on average about 2-3 lb and dumped a whole load of bad eating habits into the bargain (comfort, boredom, binges, etc.). I am continuing my race training too. I hope this challenge will keep me motivated & on track.

My goal by the end of August would be as close to 150 lb as possible, with my sanity in tact (or as in tact as it'll ever be).
