The kids in the morning are no problem, they're still half asleep. The afternoon is the kicker! Only got 1/2 way through my water though. Poor Boy is a hoagie type bread with sliced brisket and BBQ sauce. Not really good but I picked through the meat and took out all the fat first. Had green beans on the side instead of fries. So proud of myself for that. They have the greatest fries. Thick cut home fries! OK, let me make my list
breakfast: coffee, water(32 oz.), vitamins
lunch: poor boy sandwich, green beans, water(20 oz)
snack: mini box of raisins
dinner: 2 taco shells, 6 oz. extra lean ground chuck, 1 tbsp sour cream
12 oz Coke Zero
Excercise: 30 minutes of Richard Simmons Disco Sweat
Not good, but better than nothing. I start my new schedule tomorrow, so I will do better.
