By the way I just ended up on your first page somehow and saw your pic, You are really pretty, just thought I would let you know that. So how did your day go..Did you kick major butt today on your Diet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Oh my God!! I completely forgot that I posted that picture! Eww! I look like an overgrown lobster. :eek: I did pretty good. Didn't get the excercise in though. I've got a terrible migraine today that doesn't want to die. I was out job hunting earlier. I did have chicken strips from Church's for lunch, but I was so busy today that there was no breakfast and only 1/2 a tuna sandwich for dinner. Drank more than my gallon of water though!
breakfast: coffee, vitamins, water
lunch: 3 chicken strips from Church's, 2 jalepeno bombers, 1 biscuit, water
dinner: 1 slice wheat bread with 2 tbsp. tuna salad made with light mayo, water and 12 oz Coke zero
total water: 1 gallon plus 20 oz bottle

You did not, your pretty you know we are our worst critic when it comes to ourselves. I hate the picture of myself I put in here today but everyone was so sweet and lied and told me they liked it..LOL. Trust me you really are pretty. Water looks awesome April good job but dont be skipping those meals, thats probobly why you got a migraine..Im gonna keep my eye on you....LOL.
 
Migraine is due to caffeine withdrawls. I'm trying to cut back on it but my body is used to consuming 2 to 3 pots of coffee a day and today I had only 1 cup. I'm drinking a cup now and it's starting to go away!
 
I know I will get past it, but Oh My God!!! Also, I am now officially quitting smoking. I need y'alls help with this too,. Keep reminding me. I have to keep thinking about all the benefits of being a non-smoker. I bought some sugar free hard candies, cinnamon balls, lemon drops, and peppermints. My plan is to excercise or go walking whenever I get the urge.
 
Good plan April, Im sorry I didnt know you had cut out caffine out of your diet and that was the cause of your migraine. I didnt mean to sound Bitchy if I did then I apologize. Anyway have a good night.
 
Not at all Julie! I welcome all advice and observations!! Also, if you notice anything you think I can change to do better, PLEASE tell me! I've been known to convince myself of things that I know better because it's what I want instead of what I need. Like saying" I don't need to quit smoking because it helps me control my appetite". Coffee and cigarettes go together for some reason to me. When I pour a cup, I crave a smoke!!!
 
April......PLEASE STOP SMOKING!!!!!.......I have been bugging Andreas to quite.....My grandmother is dying from terminal lung cancer as we speak....She is taller than me...( Im 5'5)....and she now weighs 92 lbs and has the most gut wrenching cough I have ever heard.
Quiting smoking is soooo damn hard......I'm here for any support you need!!!!!
 
Hows the not smoking going? You can do this, I know you can. Dont cave to those evil cigarettes. Anyway just checkin in on you but no sign of you yet. Hope you have a great day sweetie, Ill be back later to see how your doin.
 
Thanks for your support everybody! So far I'm ok but I've only been up for like 1 1/2 hours! I posted lists of reason not to smoke all over the house. Its driving John crazy allready. He talks about quitting, but that only lasts about 2 hours!

Yup, as soon as I get up and then again when I pour that damn cup of coffee! Oh well, my teeth will probably get more brushing than they ever have. They say that's a good detterent for the urge, because you get the fresh minty taste and don't want to mess it up.
 
So no cigarette this morning?? Yay..thats aweosme Honey what an accomplishment. You should be so proud I hear its soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard to quit.
 
OK, I did have 3 cigarettes yesterday. Somebody slap me!! Hubby has them and I told him this morning to not give me anymore!!! I got busy last night so I didn't get to post my day's info. So, here is yesterdays
breakfast: Hooah protein bar- 280
1 cup coffee-
32 oz water
snack: banana
20 oz water
lunch: tuna sandwich
32 oz water
snack: 3 peanut butter crackers
20 oz water
dinner: small grilled chicken breast
green beans
12 oz Coke zero
1/2 cup sugar free banana pudding
20 oz water
no workout today due to cramps
2 1/2 mile walk at 3.5 mph!!!
 
Much better thank you. It' a little harder for me now that hubby's home. It seems like we just finish breakfast and he's asking what's for lunch!!! I'll keep it together though. He keeps teasing me about being on the computer though. He keeps giving me messages to give to the "guy" I'm talking to. He is sooo silly. I invited him to sit with me to see what we talk about, but he says he doesn't want to be involved in all this "girly talk"!!
 
April, I am trying to quit smoking too. I had quit for 8 months. And now I am doing it again. I think it was all the stress when my BF was not working for 6 MONTHS!! Anyway, I had 3 cigarettes today. Actually only 2 really cuz I just smoked half of the last two. Now that I am talking about it I want one. They just make me so sleep though. What I keep telling myself is "oh just do this and then u can have one" the when I'm done with that I say "just finish these next few things and THEN u can have one" after you know it a few hours have past- or a few minutes depending on the withdrawal!haha Good luck and I wish u the best!!
 
Looks like your doing awesome April.Your food looks yummy and the long walk....great excercise. My hubby hates when I talk to him about diet talk, He says now come on I have never looked at calories in my life. He told me he didnt want to hear about calories. LOL..I dont work outside the home and pretty much talk to kids all day so I need to talk to someone.
 
My hubby doesn't want to hear it either. If I say anything about healthy food or excercise etc. he turns up the TV or rolls his eyes. It's frustrating because he doesn't want to be supportive, but he can't understand why I spend time here. I tell him I need to be able to talk to people who understand what I'm going through!
