breakfast: 1 scrambled egg
1/2 slice bacon
1 slice wheat toast
20 oz water
lunch: turkey sandwich w/ 1 tsp mayo
32 oz water
snack: 6 peanut butter sandwich crackers
40 oz water
dinner: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup fruit salad: banana, raisins, mandarin orange
12 oz coke zero
before bed 20 oz water
EXCERCISE: 20 minutes cardio Not much but the day was run, run, run!!!
