Hi, you are doing great. I cannot say enough about eating raisins(saw them on your snack menu) what a great snack, great for you and keep you regular :p Congrats on the job. Keep at the exercise it will really pay off. Good luck!!

When I was in High school I loved my bus driver!!!...( I didnt start riding in a car until the end of my Soph. year).....and I would still sometimes ride the bus home just to see and talk to her!!!!
A charter bus??.....I spent over 17 hrs riding in one just to get from Corpus to Shreveport......I thought I was in greyhound hell!!!!!!.......
Well, keep up on this 5lb competition!!!!....I know you can do it again!!!!!

I have lost over 20 pounds and noone has noticed, I guess it takes a while. I kinda feel funny telling people I have lost this much, Im afraid they are looking at me thinking...Oh Yeah Where. So I dont know I can tell kinda. I guess we just keep losing and eventually people will see. LOL. Who knows. Anyway darlin I had to look for your journal it was on the second page. Hope your having a fantastic day at work.
 
Personally the first 20 pounds took about 7 weeks. I was losing about 3 pounds a week. Now I run between 2 and 3 when I'm not messing it up! Unfourtunately, when we have alot to lose, it takes longer to see a change. You ever notice when the skinny girls lose 5 pounds you notice immediately.

breakfast:1/2 slice bacon
2 egss scrambled
1 slice wheat toast
32 oz water
lunch: 3 cheese/peanut butter crackers
20 oz water
dinner: 1 cup hamburger helper
12 oz diet 7-up
20 oz water
1 tbsp. vanilla ice cream ( couldn't resist! Oooops)
 
Lol..You did great today Honey. 1 tbsp. vanilla ice cream, no biggie at least you didnt have a bowl...Your doing awesome as usual.

lunch: turkey sandwich w/ 1 tsp mayo
32 oz water
snack: 6 peanut butter sandwich crackers
40 oz water
dinner: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup fruit salad: banana, raisins, mandarin orange
12 oz coke zero
before bed 20 oz water
EXCERCISE: 20 minutes cardio Not much but the day was run, run, run!!!
 
Looking good April, Your food looks so good. Peanut butter sandwich cookies...MMMMM MMMM good. You did fine with cardio at least you got some in and a little is better then none. Hope your Day today is great Sweetie.
 
Back to the bus huh? I dunno how you do it hun! Hope all is well..
As far as people starting to notice... I think its when you buy a new shirt, that is form fitting... then they see your body slimming down under those baggy clothes. I love wearing baggy clothes, I thought it hid my fat, when in reality it makes you look sooo much bigger! So now I take some of my moms clothes when I visit her.... got a cute shirt last weekend! (moms stylish)... This is the first time EVER I would wear moms clothes.... I used to alwyas think they were to tight, when in reality its the size I should be wearing!

It's so sweet of you all to check in with me. Yesterday was hectic! Started at 4 and did my 30 minute cardio before work. Then I had to clean the bus. That's 2 hours of sweating and scrubbing. Kids are so nasty! I had to go to San Antonio for a meeting, then straight back to do afternoon bus run. After that, it was rushing back to San Antonio to go to my daughters choir concert. Didn't get home until 10:30 at night! So, here's yesterday:
breakfast: coffee
1 pkg peanut butter crackers
32 oz water
lunch: church's fried chicken- one breast/ one wing no breading or skin!
32 oz diet coke
dinner: 2 crispy tacos from Taco Bell
32 oz water
Excercise: 30 minute cardio, 2 hours cleaning bus(wonder how many calories that burns?) Oh, did you know that driving a bus burns 3 calories per minute? I drive 6.5 hours a day!! That's alot of calories! Not enough water, but I'll do better!
 
OK, INFO FOR TODAY:
breadfast: 1 bolied egg
1 slice whole wheat toast
20 oz water
2 cups coffee
lunch: 6 reduced fat peanut butter sandwich crackers
32 oz water
snack: 1 serving sherbet
1 cup coffee
dinner: 4 oz grilled chicken
1/2 cup spanish rice
32 oz water
EXCERCISE: not much just some housecleaning! Will do more tomorrow.
 
Hey Sweetie you are doing great, 3 calories a minute driving a bus my god thats alot of calories. Cool. Your food from yesterday looks super great by the way. You are doing so great. I am so proud of you we are on our way to being the biggest losers...LOL.
 
Thanks to you all. It's really not will power so much as just making sure I don't have any goodies in the house, and it's too far to drive to get it!

dinner: lean pork loin-4 oz

EXCERCISE: 1 hour tree trimming
3 hours weed pulling and trash burning!
 
Looking good April. Your food looks yummy. I keep tons of goodies in the house...LOL I however dont like chocolate and real sweet things so I dont mind giving them to the kids. My weakness is French Fries and Fried foods, I still make them for the girls though I just tell myself if I eat them they will go straight to my A$$..LOL Keep up the great work as usual. Gonna go check up on our other kids as you say, see how you know who is doing on water..LOL.
 
Well, I didn't eat so well, today. Too many carbs! Kept really busy though!
