Good afternoon everybody .Yep!It is time undo all the damadge after Holiday season. I am drinking water, exercising - cardio 1 hour per day and looking forward to adding weight training on top of my cardio. So far I am exercising 6-7 hours a week. Will make sure to stay good with my diet. :))))

Lets go team 3!!! I am following the points system through weight watchers, I am allowed 24 points per day, trying to increase my water intake to at least 8 glasses a day, and hoping to get some excercise in, my with 2 babies and a part time job is is difficult, I am just trying to move more with my kids - my house has never been so clean!! hee hee! We can do this!:p

What's the starting number of points? 24? Do each people begin with different point values?

My method to losing weight is simple. I'm following the Atkins diet and exercising. I'm trying to stay away from pop and drinking plenty of water. One trick I've learned is to add "Crystal Light" to my water, it helps tremendously! I can drink gallons of it! You should try it for yourself! You'll see how much it helps!

This team has helped me in ways I never thought imaginable! Everytime I think of cheating I think about this team and it keeps me motivated. I know I would have cheated already three or four times this week, but I haven't. I am so very grateful for this source of inspiration.

I've decided to only weigh myself once a week, so that I can be surprised when I weigh myself again. I've never gone for a week without weighing myself especially when I' m on a diet, I like to find out how much I weigh everyday ... I cheat whenever the scale gives me bad news or no results.
 
Hey everyone! I guess I can put down what I'm doing. I go to the gym at least once a day for about an hour. I also just bought the new Biggest loser dvd and am doing that and oh ya I'm eatting right.

I'm not doing anything exciting. :) I work out every morning Mon-Fri and try to stay active on the weekends. I try to stay at or below 1600 calories a day and drink more than 64 ounces of water a day. I was only semi-successful at these things over the holidays, so I've been stalled for about a month. Hopefully as I get back on schedule, the weight will continue to come off.
 
Yay!! two more pounds gone!! I am almost at my pre-holiday weight:D They cancelled school because of weather for the week so I am going to have to get to the gym even if I don't have a regular schedule! My birthday is on Friday and that is going to be a cheat day and I won't be paying as much attention to what I eat/drink:D I will be 29!!!! yikes!
 
Hey Guys!!I did really good food wise Monday and Tuesday but not today. I was very stressd out and of course (emotional eater here so) but I will be on the wagon tomorrow! After I work out I will have burned more then I ate so that makes it a little better!I promise I won't bring us down!!
 
Well, the last couple of days haven't been as good for me. My eating hasn't been all that bad, but I have been sick so I haven't been moving much. I am really working on watching what I eat and how much, and once I get feeling better and sleeping through the night again I will start moving more, I promise!! I won't bring the team down!
Kosher Cat, WEight watchers works on a points system based on how much you weigh. You have to eat a minimum of 20 points per day, but you can bank your other 4 points for the end of the week and have a pig out day!!! It's really easy to use if you can get your hands on a points book.

I know it isn't a weigh in day for us but because it is a cheat day for me because it's my birthday:D I want to make sure I go on record before tonight! lol when I jumped on the scale it said 192!!! I am so excited. I started this challenge at 197 and started this forum dec. 11th at 205! I am so excited!!! Yay!!!! now I am wondering how badly I will cheat tonight :p he he he wish me luck:)
 
Just .1 pound and I'll have gotten to my goal weight! :D I hope everybody is doing well!!!
 
Hey! I weighed in this morning and was at my goal weight so hopefuly it will stay that way until the official weigh in day!

Target Weight for the 8th= 65 - 1431bs (1.2kg/2.5lbs loss)
Target Weight For the 15th= 64kgs - 140.8lbs (1kg/2.2lbs loss)
Target Weight For the 22nd= 62.5kgs - 137.5lbs (1.5kg/3.3lbs loss)
Target Weight for the 29th= 61kgs - 134.2lbs (1.5kg/3.3lbs loss)

Overall weight loss target= 5.2kgs - 11.4lbs :eek:

Hi Team, just thought I would stop by to let you know how I was going! I am 0.44lbs away from target, so fingers crossed I drop it all in time!

Hi all! one more day to go. My birthday night killed me by 2 lbs but already those are coming off! yay!!! Work tommorow for the first time since December 17th. yay! I am excited to get back in the groove of things. It is easier to exercise if I am on a schedule! Good luck everyone! See you tommorow!

I totally agree! Classes start up for me for the first time in over a month. I'm soooo glad to be getting into a routine myself again! :D

Target Weight for the 8th= 65 - 143lbs (1.2kg/2.5lbs loss) GOAL ACHIEVED!
Target Weight For the 15th= 64kgs - 140.8lbs (1kg/2.2lbs loss)
Target Weight For the 22nd= 62.5kgs - 137.5lbs (1.5kg/3.3lbs loss)
Target Weight for the 29th= 61kgs - 134.2lbs (1.5kg/3.3lbs loss)

wOOhOO!!!! I made it - it was touch and go there for a while due to secret women's business!! But I got there! How is everyone else going? Did we kick some butt this week or what?
